Didn’t like how they called my room in the morning and knocked on my door by 10:30 ish to just tell me check out was at 11.

Great location and it has parking available. Always a plus for san francisco

Very clean, good staff

Check in was quick and simple. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is extremely tight so bring your smallest vehicle. The room was clean and comfortable. A nice bakery is available across the street (donuts and sandwiches)

The location and the fact we didn’t get 2 beds

Room was clean. Staff was fine. We had no car, but parking was available. Downtown area was not helpful. Air conditioning was ok. We missed a microwave that was not available.

They are very nice and helpful. What most people don’t know is that if your tires touch the white line of a handicap spot, the fine could be well over $1,000 and could approach in excess of $2,000. I didn’t know it, but my tires touched the line and he prevented a most unwelcome citation. The fines in San Francisco are exceptionally steep. He was able to keep me from getting the fine, which I was thankful for.

Location was ok but that’s about all Dated filthy and waking up completely covered in bed bug bites was not fun and to quote the doctor they were starving bedbugs a swarm of them

The employees who are part of the hotel's personnel are remarkably impressive people, and the accommodation provided in the room was truly excellent, offering a genuine sense of delight and satisfaction each time one came back to it throughout the day.

Room was not cleaned after the first night. No fresh towels were placed after the first night.

Very nice room, the shower was amazing! Great price and parking only $6 per day. Food options within walking distance, but many homeless people across the street!
