Hotel was really clean and the room was clean. Walls are thin and you can hear other room doors opening and closing and talking. Other than that, it was great. Would probably stay here again for the price!

Rooms facing the streets can be very loud at all times, specially at night. Feels like the windows are wide open. If you want a quiet room ask for the interior part of the building. The “breakfast option” is misleading, it’s just some pastries and a few fruit options. Coffee machine, water and juice. There are plenty of actual restaurants attached to the hotel and a short walking distance away.

Very good

If you have a street room, you will unfortunately be able to hear everything so if you’re a light sleeper, you’ll be in for a rough night. Other than that, the stay was fantastic. It’s in a walkable area, if you choose to walk, otherwise Muni is super close as well.

I really enjoyed my stay and the staff was so friendly and helpful. My only issue is the plumbing of the shower but the staff did do their best to accommodate us.

It was clean and comfortable!

The room was super cute!! The shower was AMAZING!! The location was great and there was a ton of restaurants around. It also wasn't far from the tourist stuff. The parking was little confusing, but we figured it out. Would definitely stay again.

Lo que no me gustó fue el aire acondicionado y la televisión que tuvo una falla

Valet was $58. There was no parking on the street. There was a lot of homeless outside on the street.

Very easy to get anywhere in the city

The room was clean and comfortable. The clerk at the check-in desk was courteous and helpful. Because we had to leave very early in the morning, the parking garage was not an option (it was not open early enough for us to get our car out). We ended up parking overnight on the street for free, which worked because we had a handicap placard, otherwise we would have had to pay for the street parking.

Shower worked well - like the overhead showerhead Love 24 hour coffee available in lobby Good location - accessible to everything

The location in the sense that it is close to metro station and buses stop outside of the hotel. I also like that that there was a microwave that guests could use. The rooms are not sound proof so i could hear everything as my room was facing the main road and entrance front he hotel. The walls are also extremely thin so I could literally hear the person in the room next to mine snoring. The hotel lack maintenance, I read that it had been refurbished however my wardrobe had a handle missing, there was chipped paint all over the room and there was not safe in the room. I also assumed that hotel rooms come with a mini fridge to keep water and or drinks cold but my room did not have one.

Not the greatest area but you’re out exploring anyways so we had a nice time

It is a total disaster from the moment you drive in the street. Well… The front desk worker was no help at all, the parking for your car (EZ parking) (btw if u want to unload ur bags at the hotel first u have to park in the creepy alleyway) the walk was a 10 minute walk of HELL… it felt like a survival video game on hard mode.. avoid eye contact unless you want to be asked for a cig or maybe a bit of fentanyl. The room smelled like old trash and wet carpet and broken dreams.. I would not bring a UV light in that room. Also this is NOT a place you want to bring your family… the characters walking in the hotel were sketchy.. the breakfast was maybe the biggest joke ever it looked like a crime scene from a culinary nightmare.. :( i did’t even try the radioactive waste they said was juice. I came for a relaxing night on my PCH journey but left with a severe case of survival guilt. Before i went to sleep i had to check if my travel insurance covered emotional trauma. Would not recommend. Especially if you have kids under 18. Kindest Regards, Joshua van Zyl

The experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel looked nothing like the photos online. The room was much smaller than expected, and the TV didn’t even work.To make matters worse, the only parking option was valet, which cost an $58 cost.
