Honestly, I should probably give this hotel all five stars. I gave it for only because I wish there were queen beds instead of full-size beds. But everything else was wonderful. I also did not think the area was bad at all. But we are from Portland so we're used to houseless people. Easy walk to Polk st for good food. A great bookstore down the street too. Mel's for breakfast hit the spot. The staff was so nice. Room clean and quiet.

Bad requested an ADA room on the first floor and they put me up on the 5th... Parking situation is not good they should let you know that you may have to park off site. I had a 88 parking and they let people Park in between which made it really difficult to leave in the morning when you could and even open the door and I require extra room to get in.. not a good situation

Just stayed 8/20-23. Very clean inside and out. Comfortable rooms and beds. Lovely staff. Easy parking. Convenient location. Would definitely book again

Beautiful hotel, clean, gracious staff. Parking was scant, expensive, but considering the location citywise, Obligated to pay for onsite parking. Cheaper nextdoor, information front did offer. Dining accessible nextdoor at Mel's diner which was nice and convenient.

There wasn’t a breakfast included. It was located across the street from the hospital that I needed treatment at so it was very convenient for me to access.

Renovated nicely Paper thin walls, only one window opens, no pool, expensive compared to other nice properties.

Location; near the hospital The fact that the staff did not honor my discount even though it was recommended by the hospital to stay there. I was a patient of the hospital and needed a place to stay overnight before the day of procedure.

The security gates in the parking lot. Our pull out mattress was dirty, the sheets were from the previous renter. Not what we wanted at 12 am traveling with a tired family.
