Breakfast is simple . Cereal and some pastries with coffee and juices. Again for the price I have no complaints I have my coffee to get me going.

It was nice that the property was very centrally located to the downtown area. The check-in and parking was frustrating because you had to ring or honk every time that you needed assistance as there usually wasn't anyone at the desk. The room smelled like urine. The sink and shower both dripped the entire time and they hadn't changed the toilet paper roll from the last occupants.

Parking Very very tiny breakfast, old rooms

Close to the venue we needed to attend free parking I took LIFT every where we needed to go A little run down from the last time we stayed the only thing new was the owners

Gated parking The area around the hotel didn’t look safe at night. I don’t recommend for family with small kids.

The hotel didn't have enough parking, and it filled up quickly, so don't count on parking. The neighborhood was also scary there were a lot of guys hanging around on the street, which made me uncomfortable when I wanted to take my car to the public parking lot. I'd rather choose somewhere else with enough parking...

Clean room. But the smell is terrible. No exhaust in the bathroom. Parking is limited. The bed is hard, not comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

Super dirty! The floor smelled bad and had loose parts! The reception was terrible! And the worst part was the parking! I had to leave my car five blocks away and walk at 10 pm and have to pay for parking separately! There were people sleeping on the streets and others looking to steal from you! I don't recommend it at all; in fact, they shouldn't even recommend it on other apps like Booking.com! Super dirty! The floor smelled bad and had loose parts! The reception was terrible! The room overall was somewhat clean but the sheets and blankets had some old stains on them the wall paper was peeling and hanging in some areas of the room. There was plenty of electrical sockets and there was no lingering smells. The bathroom was very clean. The continental breakfast was very disappointing, the only things they offered was white toast and jam, cereal, instant oatmeal, lemonade and coffee and some prepackaged pastries.

We didn't even feel safe on our way to the hotel, even during daylight hours. There were very shady groups of people on the streets. The moment we walked into the reception, it was already obvious how low-quality the place was. The person at the front desk had absolutely no background or professionalism in tourism. They just handed us our key and sent us away, without providing any information about the hotel or showing any hospitality. It was a completely terrible experience. he hotel had absolutely no redeeming qualities. After the worst check-in experience of my life—and I say this as a tourism professional who spends half the year in hotels—we had to carry our own luggage to the room. Since we came for a ten-day stay, each of our bags weighed 30 kg. Our room was on the second floor, and the elevator was broken. When I asked the reception for assistance, they refused to help. I had to carry all three heavy suitcases upstairs myself, drenched in sweat. When we entered the room, we were utterly shocked. The room looked nothing like the pristine photos shown online. It is obvious that the images were heavily manipulated with AI; anyone looking closely can tell. There were spiderwebs in the room, the curtains were torn, and the sheets, wardrobes, and sofas were filthy. I immediately looked for another hotel online and moved us to the Hilton San Francisco Union Square for a similar price. Although my money was completely wasted and the establishment refused to refund a single penny, it didn't matter—I could not possibly let my family stay in such a place.

I have stayed here a few times because it is clean and safe and the staff is nice. What annoys me is that the elevator has been out of service for over a year.
