Hands down worst experience EVER! Trust me and do not stay here!
-
No fridge in the rooms and only valet parking
-
Good parking, nice hotel all let down by the location. Very challenging area, especially with a family
-
I liked the way the hotel was, it felt like I was in another county lol
-
The manager in the cafe was so helpful and such a sweet person
-
We were woken up around six in the morning to a fire alarm and having to be evacuated. no I’m sorry. No nothing
-
The property was very outdated. There was Hair in the shower. You couldn’t get a hold of the front desk at all. It was always busy or ringing and ringing and ringing, and nobody would answer.
-
Not bad, looked like an old hostel. The price was right. Not the greatest area of San Francisco but cute.

Passable
-
Staff was friendly rooms were ran down heater and AC didn’t work. Bathroom and shower were not clean in a sketchy part of town. Don’t recommend if you have kids.
-
Staff was very friendly, in-house restaurant staff included, restaurant had good items. Lack of refrigerator in room, lack of A/C in room, room had scratched floors and dirty/scratched walls.
-
The staff is very nice and helpful but the lobby and rooms smell like urine as soon as you walk in. The hotel is also in a very undesirable neighbourhood with a lot of sketchy activity so be very cautious; they don’t bother you but just be aware.

Exceptional

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff! Great pool too.

I loved the area, it had private parking for price which is expected for the area. The staff was very sweet and kind. The room was nice and comfortable looked clean. Service was quick as well. I could not find an ac unit but it did have a heater. This could be due to the area being relatively cool overall.

nice & simple room. could use some updating and cleaning to the room/sheets

Great location

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and accessibility of this hotel. We usually take Amtrak when we come to San Francisco, but we opted to drive this time because we saw that there was parking at the hotel. Be warned - it’s ONLY valet and it costs $45 per night. With 4 nights of parking and the $20 daily resort fee, we paid $285. We would stay here again because it’s affordable, but we’ll never stay here if we have to take a car into the city. The rooms also do not have refrigerators or microwaves. There’s a microwave in the lobby, but that didn’t matter because we couldn’t refrigerate our leftovers. A lot of food was wasted. For a $20 per day resort fee, we should at least have a refrigerator. I recommend this hotel, but be careful as they have some sneaky fees.
