The place was very clean and accommodating! Beautiful building and close to a lot of things to do.

Everything in hotel was good just not enough breakfast options
-
I got two very itchy bug bites over night. Breakfast is cold pastries and cereal. The rooms are super small and I was on the 3rd floor so had a lot of street noise plus noise from inside the hotel. But the worst thing is the bug bites!!

It was a great hotel, cozy and efficient.
-
Charged me for a water that I received free through expedia.
-
There is no parking available on or near the property and the nearby streets seem dangerous at night.

Air conditioning could be cooler

Everything was superb. I wish the breakfast had a little bit more variety, but that’s just a personal opinion. Other than that I will stay here every time I come to San Francisco.

Nice customer services!!

The hotel, although in a rough part of the city, was clean and safe. There was a security guard inside the entrance to ensure only guests went inside the lobby. The room was very small but it was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and responded quickly to requests for toilet paper, tissues, laundry bag and extra towels. They also have complimentary breakfast. The bottled water in the room was not complimentary. They have an ice and water station on each floor, by the elevators, and cups. There is no parking garage but you can park overnight in a garage about a block away for $40 a night. It was perfect for a one night stay after a concert at a venue three long blocks away, Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. The a/c unit worked well.

Great for solo traveler. Right by the train station.

The water station was exceptional, and the cleanliness of the facilities was genuinely next level. We had mixed expectations after reading some of the reviews, but honestly, I think this hotel has been grossly underrated. I would 100% recommend staying here and would happily return. The location is close to the Tenderloin, which I know can put some people off, but honestly, unless you’re expecting a Disney-princess-level experience, you’ll be absolutely fine. It really isn’t as bad as it’s sometimes made out to be, and there are hotel staff and security around the property throughout the day. If you’re expecting five-star standards, then you’ll need to book a hotel in that price range. But for the price we paid, I genuinely don’t think you’ll find much better. Great value, clean facilities and a surprisingly good experience overall. NA

Easy process of checking in with very helpful staff. We were referred to a parking lot down the street as their parking wasn’t guaranteed. For a quick trip it was perfect. Room was clean and exactly what we needed. Helpful tip: get to the breakfast grab and go early, by the time we got there mostly everything was gone around 9:30AM. Overall it was a great stay!
