Very unique rooms. Central location. The breakfast was disappointing. Only croissants. No fruit or cereal or anything else.

Great little hotel with parking in the heart of soma. Super nice rooms, good size and the place was clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again, especially for the price.

Sam and the rest of the staff were really helpful. The surrounding area is not the best, but it really didnt affect our stay at all. Id stay here again for the value.

Staff is very nice and accommodating. Our son was joining us later so he made sure there would be an onsite parking space for him. Room was nice & the beds are comfortable. There are restaurants nearby which is nice to just walk to breakfast. They do provide pastries & coffee downstairs.

Such friendly and helpful staff!

I liked the fact that our room and beds were made once during our two day stay. No continental breakfast. There was coffee and dried out crescents. When I made my booking, I specifically used the breakfast filter because I knew that i had no time to go to breakfast somewhere else in the morning with my scheduled activities. I asked for breakfast when I booked the room. I also asked for free parking, but parking was $68 for the two nights we stayed. It was a very awkward spot to squeeze the car in and was a nightmare to park. The bed was very uncomfortable. Air condition literally made a loud screeching drill noise for half an hour in the middle of the night until we turned it off completely. There was no sound proof whatsoever. You could here everyone talking, peeing and walking on top of your head. The hotel was nothing to look at. Outdated, not classic.

Room was so spacious and clean. The linens and towels were immaculate. Pillows and bed were cushy and very comfy. To top it all off, the staff provided friendly and professional service. Will stay here again. Just be aware of your surroundings if you’re walking the neighborhood for your chosen destination or just browsing. Came here to see a show at The Warfield on Market St and the walk took 7 minutes.

The hotel well informed me prior to my arrival about fees included and needed to pay when I got there. That was very helpful.

Very nice old world look boutique room was small but expected. Great location and overall a great stay

Room was clean and general hotel was well presented. The main issue we had was the area. It was literally right next to tenderloin areas which we stumbled in to the first night, so not our preference to stay in this area ever again. You could hear people out around at the end of this street through windows. Staff were helpful although they accidentally charged us for parking even though we notified them we were dropping the car back the next day so lucky I noticed and had to get this reversed. No bar or breakfast area. It was ok for three nights max but would only stay at Fisherman’s wharf from now on.
