Reviews
-
Still a nice hotel in a great area but not conducive to the business traveler.
-
My main concerns were safety and noise levels—and the hotel exceeded in both fronts. The lobby and rooms were gorgeous, and I got great nights of sleep. The service was great as well. I'll definitely return in for future visits.
-
Nice property, very friendly staff.
-
The hotel is very nice. The parking is a little expensive at $80 a day.
-
The room was fresh, clean and roomy. We will visit again!!
-
some of furniture and tub needs to be updated
-
The room design and style was perfect . Breakfast was not enough should be more . Staff should ask for permission to come the room

I had a few small gripes with the room, our toilet would randomly shoot water in the air every 30 minutes or so which was really odd, so we had to keep the lid closed all the time so it wouldn’t spray everywhere. Not a huge deal. The pillows also were way too soft but it is what it is. Bed and shower were amazing though. It’s SF so expect the streets outside to be filled with homeless people and lots of sirens all the time. Not the hotel’s fault, just sad what’s happened to the city.
-
The room was clean and the staff were very friendly.
-
No coffee maker or fridge to be used in the room.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. I really loved my hotel room and was impressed by how comfortable the bed was. All staff members are incredibly nice and made feel welcome. A big shout out to Tuan, the Bellman. His service is unmatched and you will always catch him with a big smile on his face. If I ever come back to SF I will definitely book the Adagio again.
-
The hotel was very clean, staff very friendly. I didn't like that the elevator went out for a day and half. That each room didn't have a mini refrigerator in it.
-
Staff was amazing. Warm and welcoming. Property was clean. Water pressure and hot water great. Housekeeping made our room like a new check in every day of our stay. Bedding and pillows were comfortable. Loved the old architecture and modern amenities. Walkable to almost everything. Easy pick up and drop off site for ride share.
-
Breakfast was awesome and the staff was super friendly and helpful, so was the night desk crew. There was a few homeless people encounter while we walked around.
-
Location, comfort, restaurant and staff. Nothing.
-
It was amazing!! We loved the room as it was spacious and the staff was phenomenal! The food at the hotel restaurant was EXCELLENT!! And special shout out to Raecyne & Enrique who made our stay exquisite!!
-
The stay was so good that there wasn't anything bad about our stay.
-
Charming, clean and cozy. Staff were very hospitable. Has a few issues with the signal on several channels
-
the area around the hotel did not feel very safe, especially at night. the restaurant was not good value for the price, the food was average but quite expensive.
-
Really nice place, friendly, clean enough, didn’t feel like a Marriott Really, the location. Run down area, felt like a hard area of the city. Also, listing said “Parking”. It didn’t say parking was $80+taxes. That was a bummer.
