Girls at the front desk were very helpful over the course of our stay. Made our logistics run a little smoother. :)

Clean room, nice staff, Great energy, lots of games and stuff to do during down time, solid location. Only issue was AC was a bit loud. Otherwise I would stay again.

Great for families with young children!

There were a few annoying factors. Since I used the app there is a self check-in, which did not work for me or the traveler next to me. We had had a long ride to the hotel and just wanted to check in quietly and it became very annoying. Once the employee helped me check in all was good. Loved the pool area and walk to various attractions.

Destination charge not disclosed until check in, rooms did not have refrigerator or microwave. For the price, it should have.

Staff and hotel were okay but is so tacky that they have to charge us for refrigerator microwave and coffee maker this first time been an a hotel that charge for the electro domestic stuff. This hotel isn’t cheap at all why have to remove all the electro domestic stuff and charge for them. Please book elsewhere personal are fantastic btw

2.) Don’t purchase your room until the day before. I purchased mine 2 months in advance. When I found out my room was cheaper by $200 a night at check-in, the hotel would not adjust the rate, nor did Expedia. 3.) There is no refrigerator or coffee in your room. At $400+ plus a night, very off-putting. 4.) The room is fine (average), the game room is nice if you have kids, and the location is the only real reason it made a 6.5/10.

Check-in was easy as we arrived late. Room was very clean and the lobby has a fun vibe. Easy to walk to Fisherman’s Wharf!

My family stayed at the Caza the night before our cruise. I researched many hotels for location, price and amenities. The Caza staff was very friendly and our rooms were clean. We were minutes away from Pier 39 which was great. In the evening we received a free cookie snack. There was breakfast for a few which was the only downside. My family felt safe, secure and enjoyed the stay. We will return. Thank you

Check-in was not a great experience. We were told to return at 2 PM, which was fine, but when we came back there was a line and some guests cut ahead. The front desk helped them while we were still waiting. We were also told we would receive reusable water bottles, but never got them. When we called, someone came to our door knocking loudly and brought towels instead. The interaction felt uncomfortable, and we had to call again to clarify. At check-in, we were also told about an additional nightly fee that I did not remember seeing clearly disclosed when booking, which was frustrating. The next day, we requested housekeeping before leaving. When we returned around 5 PM, the room still had not been cleaned. After we called, we asked them to come later, but they arrived much sooner while we were trying to rest. The hotel also advertised an airport shuttle, but the website and QR code did not work. We told the front desk, but ended up arranging our own transportation to the airport. Overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the level of service we received. The location was convenient, but the service issues made the stay disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable bed. Nice size room. Shower had excellent water pressure and was always hot. Walls a little thin so we could hear people in room next to us. Close to wharf which was great. Only issue with location was that it gets really loud at the wharf with cars driving real slow blasting music late into the night.

Good location, Staff helpful, definately would stay again
-
Very clean, spacious rooms, in walking distance of everything. I will definitely always book here when I'm back in San Fran.
-
Nice hotel. Location was great. We pretty much walked to everything. Only dislike was the outside noise. Cars playing loud music and racing down the side street where our room was located.

One of the biggest benefits to Hotel Caza Fisherman's Wharf was the close proximity to all of the "tourist" locations. We were able to walk to many of the sites that we wanted to see and parking at the hotel was a big advantage. There is an incredible breakfast place called the "Board and Drink" that was fantastic and it is within a half block walk from the hotel. We would stay at Caza again without any hesitation.

Great location, central to alot of must sees. Staff was amazing!

Property is in a good location and staff was great. Trouble at check in because Expedia info said I had paid them but hotel had no record of payment, so before checking in I had to log in to my credit card info and expedia info and make sure I had not already paid. This was an expedia issue; hotel staff were great throughout our stay.
