Centrally located to main tourist attractions. Great breakfast.

They didn't have room in their parking lot and they didn't care i was staying there...the valet was so rude about it...

A gem in fisherman wharf, this hotel was fantastic place to stay and much more reasonable than other hotels around with the added benefit of included Breakfast. the room itself was clean and modern. breakfast was good, standard fare but they did have a pancake machine rather than standard waffle maker, tbh prefer waffles. They had shuttle for Muir Woods which was nice but we had our car. The staff was very nice and courteous. Location is fantastic right at the start of pier 39 shopping area and cable car station. Highly recommended.

Love the free breakfast and free parking. Lady checking us in was super helpful and friendly.

Great location and easy parking. I did not agree with the Resort fee. What is that for? I paid for the room AND paid $65 for parking.

Our stay was calm and peaceful. The weather is beautiful. This place is a block or walk away from everything you want to see in SFO.

Wonderful location within walking of Ghirardelli Square, Pier 39, North Beach and beyond. Loved the fully secured valet parking. Room was ready early and very clean. Room was quiet at night. Breakfast was run well. Really all you could ask for! We will stay again!

We had our car damaged in valet parking after staying there for 2 days. A small Crack in the top-corner of our windshield. Wasted a couple hours trying to get help from the hotel staff. Then the hotel refused to help us, and meanwhile you pay $65 each day plus another $40+ in fees and taxes, so we were hit with another $215 invoice due for a 2 night stay upon check out and got a cracked windshield. The hotel itself was nice and had a great location, just don't bring your car.

Great location to Ghirardelli Square, Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, the cable car, and more. Parking price was a bit ridiculous, but knowing that the car would (likely) not get broken into in the valet garage was worth it. Breakfast was basic and extremely difficult to get coffee, find a table, or even move in the buffet area. But, no real complaints. Staff were friendly, hotel was clean, and room was plenty comfortable for our family of four.
