Beds comfortable, and clean.

The only issue is the parking is expensive, $69 per day

The complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were of very poor quality. They left our hair dry and our skin irritated, making them unpleasant to use. I would recommend upgrading the toiletries to higher-quality products, as they would greatly improve the guest experience.

Horrible breakfast except for the machine made pancakes. Bed sheets were smelly. Beds were the worst. We could feel the springs stabbing us. Also, there is an electric train line that runs next to the rooms in the back side of the hotel. The only thing going for this hotel is the staff and the location.

Outstanding staff especially the valet parking staff exceptional service. Loved our family stay tyvm for making our stay worthwhile and fabulous!

Nothing to write just clean basic hotel

Really enjoyed my check in process I wish I could recall the Gentlemen’s name he was the highlight. I have stayed in many of the Holiday Inn Express in Australia and staff are usually amazing and breakfast tasty. This experience was a poor meal to the point I didn’t eat it and a very rude staff member who shut the dining room doors on people shouting we are closed in an aggressive manor. I am such a fan of the chain so it took a shine off the stay. Room was great very spacious and great location.

Everything was great just the downstairs bathrooms were not that clean and only 1 sink had soap and barely enough.

Breakfast was not stocked well for day! 😒 They were out of everything and nothing restocked at 8 am.. Other than that it was great.

Breakfast was great, wide variety. The room was also very clean. The hotel was conveniently located just a short walk from Pier 39.

Sticky smelly room when you enter, valet parking staff were so unfriendly, even the staff in the kitchen were not friendly. Overall, the staff in this hotel were not nice. They need to get training to be friendly to their clients. Only i like about this hotel was the complimentary breakfast. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Great experience I enjoyed my stay

Elevators were slow and couldn’t use stairs as they had doors to the floors locked. This led to long waits at elevators especially in the mornings.
