Hyatt Centric Fisherman's Wharf San Francisco

We booked for two nights and they made mistakes in the dates We rebooked and made other mistakes, at the end we booked another hotel and canceled this one. We asked if the cancellation went through and theyy said no…. Now we are waiting to see how much they charge us

My go to place to stay in SFO

Very clean and helpful front desk. Felt very safe and the valet was efficient and quick. The pool and hot tub were also clean.

Clean and remodeled. Comfortable rooms and great location. Downside is the restaurant is closed on Sundays.

Great location

This is the second time in 4 months that I stayed here. The hotel is under renovation but you’d never know. The room was newly renovated and spacious, it was impeccably clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located very near Ghirardelli Square, Pier 39 and Fisherman’s Wharf. I want to go back to SF again just so I can stay in this hotel and enjoy the nearby sites. If you stay here, be sure to eat dinner at Scoma’s on the Wharf! This is the best restaurant in the vicinity! And breakfast at the Brick and Beam in the Hyatt was perfect!

Disappointing

I love the new updates. It’s very clean, and staff is friendly and helpful! I don’t really have any negative feedback.

Wonderful property! great location—close to many activities. Only thing which would make it better was pool was chilly—did not appear to be heated.

This Hotel was in walking distance of Pier 39 and just an amazing property overall

The parking was suppose to be $55 for my stay but they actually charge per night. Instead of $65 per night they charge me $90 per night because my Tacoma was an “oversized” vehicle. All together for 2 nights the parking and fees they don’t tell you about was over $180.00 Also the “pool” is not really a pool. It’s a 3 foot deep soaking pond. I would avoid staying here if possible

The front desk staff, were very helpful and got us checked in quickly. The location was very convenient for everything we had planned.

Great location. Close to waterfront and many great restaurants and landmarks. Room was at least 1.5 blocks away from elevators. Escalator to 1st floor lobby was out of order the 4 days we were there. Hot tub was lukewarm and filled with guests’ children.
