We reserved 3 rooms and my room was upgraded to a suite. Very much appreciated.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Hidden fees they held 300 for incidentals, which was fine but then at the end they ended up charging us like 289 for taxes and fees, which I thought was included when we booked the room so that was a bit of a surprise. I’d also recommend replacing the mattress because ours was horribly stained with what looked to be blood.

Great hotel, great staff, close to everything!

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Zoe in San Francisco! The hotel has a beautiful, stylish atmosphere, and the location is excellent for exploring the city. Our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We loved how convenient it was to restaurants, attractions, and the waterfront. Overall, a great experience with a perfect mix of comfort, location, and San Francisco charm. We would definitely stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Definitely an older hotel but it was clean and well maintained. Great location for walking to different areas of San Francisco. Staff was friendly. Pillows were not flat. If you bring a car park next door still cheaper than hotel parking.

We really liked this hotel. The staff were helpful and the rooms were clean. Best part is the location. It is close to Coit towers and pier 39 and some of the important tourist spots. They do charge a resort fee or hotel fee or whatever they call, which in my opinion is useless ( was for me). If you want at the same Italian place attached to this hotel and use the bike everyday, maybe it’s useful, but really useless. That bumps up the cost by 20% to 25% and I am borderline annoyed.

Room was clean, location easy assess to various places, cafes, pier39 and supermarket nearby.

We have stayed here several times. Highly recommend!

It's very frustrating to check out of the hotel and find out you have to pay $123.58 for Amenity fees that were not disclosed when you booked and paid for the hotel upfront. The hotel was lovely. However, will not be staying there again. Waiting til the guest checks out to charge Amenity Fees feels so manipulative. Why were the fees not included in the price when booking the hotel?

Great hotel with a convenient location and very friendly staff. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return

Should include breakfast for the price! Serving ONLY free coffee without even a pastry is not good enough 10/10 otherwise

The property was in the best location. Super close to everything. So many places to walk to. Spectacular all the way around. The staff was hands down wonderful. Very helpful, welcoming, thoughtful and kind. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was pleasant and memorable.

First, the things I loved: Location, location, location! It was so conveniently located in the Fisherman's Wharf area it made it extremely easy to walk around and get to some of our favorite sites like the sea lions and Boudin's Bakery. Second, the decor was lovely! There were a lot of other hotels in that region that really showed their age and looked a bit run-down. Hotel Zoe was really a bargain for what they offered and what they charged in comparison to the other places. Third, the extras! They gave us a bottle of wine when we checked in! There is also a wonderful restaurant on site where we had two delicious breakfasts. And, even though we didn't get to do it, they had S'mores in the late afternoon outside in a patio area. Fourth, the staff was wonderful! The gave us advice and even coupons to use at local eateries. Now the part I didn't like at all. COFFEE!!! There was no coffee maker in the room and the coffee offered in the morning was available only for a few hours. I am an avid coffee drinker and I have only ever been to a few hotels that didn't have coffee available in the room or at least available somewhere in the hotel 24/7. I NEED COFFEE. And, for some strange reason there were no other spots nearby to get coffee. Even Starbucks didn't open until 8:00 or 9:00. If you are a big coffee-drinker--beware or prepare! This is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Coffee trumps S'mores.

Very welcoming staff and great location, close to everything, very walkable. Restaurant was also very good and valet guy was especially nice.

It was a lovely retreat away from the vibrancy of the front.
