The location was great and close to many places, we were able to walk to many restaurants. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly/helpful. The breakfast that was provided was great! I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Francisco.

This property is the ideal loction when visiting San Francisco. Walking distance to tours and Fishermans Wharf. Clean, welcoming hotel with parking (for a fee) onsite. The breakfast that is included is fit for a king. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Long breakfast wait is long if you’re not arrive early. Parking fee is relatively cheap compared to nearby hotels. Bathroom door isn’t well planned.

The room was very clean, but didn't really have a view. The location was perfect for walking to Pier 39, China Town, etc. This more than made up for the lack of a 24 hour coffee/tea/water bar that we have been accustomed to in all of our travel from Peru to Egypt.

We liked the included full breakfast. Staff were very nice and service was great. The only negative point for me is that the shower and tap water did not have enough pressure and hot water could be burning hot. Besides that, everything was great.
