Was not what I was expecting. Not clean and you could hear the people right above us walking and moving chairs.

The was the nastiest scariest places I have ever stayed! If I had not flown all day and been exhausted arriving after midnight I would have cancelled at first sight. Lesson learned, pictures to sell don’t always give the full story! BEWARE AND KEEP SCROLLING

Great hotel! Clean room, helpful staff, right by Fisherman’s Wharf, so great location! They close off the parking lot so people who shouldn’t be in the lot can’t go on the lot, which was appreciated. Can be somewhat loud in the evenings with cars that drive by and blast their music, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. If you want to stay at Fisherman’s Wharf, it’s going to be loud. It seemed to quiet down by around 10:30 pm on most nights though. Either that or I was so sleepy I slept through it! Anyway, great hotel, great location for Fisherman’s Wharf tourists. I would definitely stay here again.

Might have been a bad week. However, no apologies for the drilling and with the amount we paid due to the high charges for the World Cup, I expected better.

Nice place

Very disappointing experience. Our room appeared to be under construction, which was never disclosed before our stay. The floor was sticky, there was a strong unpleasant odor throughout the room, and overall cleanliness was poor. The parking area was cluttered and disorganized, making it difficult and unpleasant to access. This was far below our expectations, and unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here. Nevertheless to say thay I left

Love the location, very nice place to stay in and it was so close to everything. Love it!!!

Staff was great, very nice!!! There is no WiFi in room 215. Location is good except of course it’s busy and therefore noisy, not a complaint just information.

Not clean so old the staff are good and helpful other than that it was terrible don’t go there . They should pay me to stay here . Never again

I have scheduled my check out that morning for 11 AM. We went for a walk when we came back. The room was clean. Staff burst into our room without even locking saying we couldn’t be in there longer because it has been clean. I told them I scheduled my check out at 11 AM, that’s the time I schedule checkout. They did not care. They said we couldn’t be in the room , very unprofessional unhelpful staff.

.close to everything

Older property, Zero soundproofing. You can hear all your neighbors as well as outside. My wife and ai joked that it was like urban camping

The wharf inn is an amazing stay close to pier 39 It is very hot during summer their is no ac just a ceiling fan

The hotel is in a good location across the street from San Francisco’s Fisherman’s Wharf. We didn’t need to drive anywhere because most of the areas we visited were walking distance from the hotel. Parking was $30.00 per night and kept in a secured area. The staff was very friendly. The reason I gave three stars is the hotel really needs upgrades. It is an old hotel. It’s no frills, but if you want a comfortable bed and shower it’s fine. If the hotel does a renovation of its rooms I would feel the hotel would be more desireable.

I liked the location it was at and also the staff were nice and attentive I didn’t like that our fan was missing a string so we couldn’t turn it on also a part of the wall paper was coming off

Great location. Lots of shops and restaurants near by in walking distance. Secured parking. Rooms are comfortable. No microwave though. I would stay again.

Friendly staff, clean bed The noise from the room above, we could hear everything from walking around to fushing the toilet. We asked for the toilet to be looked at, it wouldn't flush, and no one came. My husband fixed it himself in the end. We also asked for coffee pods, we only had 1 each. Which wasn't enough.,we didn't receive any.

This was a great stay! Close to fishermen’s wharf and right across from where the big bus picks up. This hotel is old, but the rooms are great, clean, and the bed slept great!
