Location was dirty and noisy! There is remodeling going on so lots of noise even on weekends plus nails and screws all on the ground!

Would not recommend, but if you are looking for very cheap and don’t care about where you’ll lay your head to sleep by all means but this hotel is not for kids and we were told that we should have been allowed to park inside the gate due to vehicle break ins and theft.

didn't like that it was under construction
-
Our room didn’t have any reading lights or desk lights so the only light is overhead. Fridge knob is broken so it didn’t keep food at a safe temp. Walls are thin so we heard all conversations in the next room and every time the people above us moved around. The tub had weird hairs in it and the toilet has brown smears at the base. To top it off, there was pornographic materials attached in the hotel info binder in our room. We stayed at La Casa (on Lombard) before this and it was much quieter and cleaner (with more privacy) so we are going back there.

The room felt clean and the beds were comfortable enough. The rooms were strange and quickly. The area is loud, especially since the rooms were under construction below us. Luckily they did t start until 8am. Staff was friendly.

Very good location right on the Warf. The property is old and in need of upgrading. The room was clean and comfortable although it could be noisy due to the location. Was good to have parking on site. No microwave in room but did have fridge and coffee maker. Again if you want location right on the Warf area it is good but overall not great condition of facility
-
The room was cleaned daily, and the staff were helpful. The hotel was undergoing maintenance/renovations so it was a bit messy and noisy. Great location for tours and walking around
-
Staff did try to rectify issues we raised whilst there but there are better alternatives in the area.
-
The property is in the middle of a remodel and is in tough shape. No air conditioning , very low Shower and little to no water pressure. Very loud on weekends.

Clean room.

But we felt safe and the place is located to everything we wanted to see within walking distance.

Nice room Was all good

When we arrived at the hotel there was construction going on right I from our door and room above. The heavy duty sawing lasted until 740pm. One the the help desk person on Saturday was not helpful at all. All the housekeeping people is very nice and helpful.

The other reviews are right, you stay at this place for the location. It was easy to get around and within walking distance of many of the attraction. The stay was fine although I did have some issues with it. Walls are thin and could hear neighbors easily. There aren’t any amenities to speak of. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice.

This property is located in a great place! Close to restaurants, shopping, and Pier 39. There is a 7-11 right across the street for any necessities that were forgotten to be packed, and the property is handicap-accessible. The staff are super friendly, and there is a safe and a refrigerator in the room. They provided plenty of towels, and we loved the shower as well! The only inconvenience was that the rooms do not have a microwave and we did have some leftovers from the fabulous restaurants.

This place is a train wreck, charged me 40$ a night for oversized vehicle ( Toyota Tacoma) under total construction had to walk through drywall and construction debris to get to room. Room was filthy pee stains on wall next to toilet walls filthy just all around rough room. The only reason they exist is the location.

Good place, close to the warf
-
Perfect location! Most of the main attractions are within 8 min to 20 min walking distance. They are in a middle of a renovation so expect more updated rooms. Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly. Parking is limited, first come basis. However, it's behind a gate so it's secured. Not the fanciest but great deal for the location.

Nice to see Ferris Wheel

Parking a bit tight for big trucks/cars
