Close to so many things. Friendly staff and even knew my name just after check in. Needs some touch up’s and it needs some paint and to re hand the bathroom shelf as it was about to come off the wall

Great position on the front of the wharfs. We had the premium waterfront room with a balcony and we could hear the seal lions! We could see the golden gate and Alcatraz from our room. Room was big and comfortable, nice to have a fridge and microwave. We loved the outdoor area and it was nice to wind down there in the evenings. We liked how close it was to everything on the wharfs, swooned away from Pier 39 and bus and street car stops. We liked that there was a 7/11 shop connected to the block and an IHop right there too. It’s good that the hotel lets you bring take-out food into the courtyard and communal areas as there’s no restaurant, so you can choose your own dinner and enjoy it there. Staff were helpful and polite -Parking is way too expensive! - leave real mugs in the room for the coffee, no need for paper cups everyday, terrible for the environment. Provide mugs and housekeeping/guests can rinse them in the sink! - if you have a waterfront room, you will be able to hear the general noise from the road and people outside etc, it’s not terribile or overwhelming but if you are a light sleeper, ear plugs will be fine for the job

The way we were treated because we didn’t speak English well was especially disappointing and made us feel very uncomfortable. Customer service should be respectful and welcoming to everyone. Between the $75 nightly parking fee and the poor customer service, I definitely would not stay here again. Never coming back.

Wonderful hotel, staff very helpfully. Amazing outdoor space for socialising and perfect location for all piers and trams.

The location for this hotel was great for walking to the many tourist attractions in the area and also for the views of the bay. The rooms were a nice fun change from your typical mundane hotels. Ours included a connecting map of San Francisco and the vicinity on the walls and ceiling. In addition there was a magnetic dart on the wall which was fun to play with after a long day. The smores kit that you can use during your stay at one of ths fire pits was cute and fun. My only negative is the hotel is showing some obvious wear & tear that has reached the point where it's time to fix or replace because it's a slight eyesore. Also, paying $65 a day for parking per car plus the resort fees was expensive so keep that in mind when you book this hotel.

Close to the wharf!! The play area was awesome!!

Location was perfect. Courtyard was really nice. My 2 granddaughters and I got stuck in the elevator for about 15 mins. No one came to help us! Finally a man in the elevator was able to pry open the doors . No apology from the hotel or anything!

Location near to Pier 39 and the ocean. I also like to interior design. I liked that there were a few restaurants attached to the hotel. Marshmello treat at the fireplace is a nice touch. Rooms were outdated and the ageing shows. The facilities and the games were worn out and need replacement. Could have been better with a gym and breakfast included in the price. Staff at the front were a bit business like not really giving you the impression that they care for the customers.

The area was so central Middle part extremely loud kids running around shouting at gym section and out to fire pit area Lift broke and we had 6 family 4th floor large , carry on and backpack

Some features in our room were not working, like the plug in on the night stand was out of socket and the rooms are a little dated. For the money we paid, it was decent. I would have preferred a cleaner room, but the staff was amazing and soooo sweet and helpful!! Idk if we would stay there again, maybe if they cleaned a little better. All in all, it was okay, not bad, but not the best! I did love the staff, so nice and helpful!

Before checking in, I had to use the bathroom. They were all locked! I had to ask for a key card before entering!
