Clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Perfect for an event at Oracle park or Chase Center. Safeway a few blocks from the hotel for last minute items. Enjoyed some food and drinks at the rooftop bar with a great view of the ballpark.

The room was super hot. I kept trying to lower the temp but the fan/ac wasn't strong at all

The room was clean and hotel centrally located to make walking to our venue a breeze. The best part of our stay was the staff at Hotel VIA. Our checkin/out was a breeze and valets,Isa and Jose, made our parking and baggage transfers seem less during our 3 day stay. I highly recommend this property.

Love this hotel. My only complaint was the room wouldn’t cool lower than 65 and even then I don’t think the ac was working very well.

Came to town to catch the giants vs cubs and found this hotel. Everything about the stay was great. The staff is helpful and kind, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy! The rooftop bar was a definite plus!
