Very budget friendly hotel and the quality reflects that. The staff are friendly. The room floor was lower on one side of the room. It was a like a fun house, I would lose balance every time I got off the bed. So that's a bonus I guess ? Everything was clean but it had the feel of landlord special as far as how everything was put together. I would say again because of the price.

Single person. Affordable. Clean. No frills, but exactly what I needed. A step up than a traditional hostel.

The TV didn’t work. There was no electricity in the room and there was nowhere in your mention of that that the whole entire Floor had to share a bathroom. This was an inappropriate inappropriate property for you to be dealing with. I checked in and checked out within 10 minutes and I want my money back. It was a deceitful on your part and didn’t adequately describe any of how horrible was I want my money back.

Staff was not helpful and the room was not clean. If you plan on staying here you will have to walk out your room and go down the hall to use the bathroom and shower.

It’s was nice for what it was

Location does not tell you about the250 safety deposit, sketchy management, unpleasant experience wouldn’t recommend
-
Fine I guess. If you're a solo traveler on a budget, you can do far worse

Overall it was okay for a night.

You get what you paid for. The room was good and clean and the bathroom as well. The only thing that got into my nerves is that the hotel is above a live bar which plays loud music until midnight. The windows also are not sealed well so you will hear every single one talking down your window. So if you are planning to sleep before midnight, stay away from this hotel. Other than that, It is okay.

Everything was very bad.

It's definitely not a 5-star hotel by any means, but it's cheap and it gets the job done. It's only two blocks from the train station, which makes it extremely convenient getting around. I will always stay here when I go to SF.
-
For the price point it was reasonably acceptable.
-
Very noisy at 330 pm in the afternoon from bar downstairs.
-
It was clean and I didn’t mind it for the price. The only thing I couldn’t get the remote of the TV to work and for some reason I couldn’t get my clothes steamer to work when I connected it to the wall, but it did work when charging my phone. The neighborhood is decent. There’s a Whole Foods or a couple blocks and a Safeway is the opposite way.

Stayed 3 nights in July 2026. Great location, close to the Giants stadium, but the parking situation is NOT good. The price is cheap for a reason as you'll have to pay additional $30-35 for a night of parking. Shared bathroom is ok as we knew that coming in. You will get a better deal staying at Motel 6 w/ free parking and your own bath.

This was a great place to stay for a solo traveller and the folks working the desk were really helpful. The chair in the room had shredded upholstery but the beds were comfy and clean. You can hear the music from the bar below but I considered it a bonus because the band was pretty good and not overly loud. This isn't like staying in a chain hotel, but it was great for what I needed and I felt safe.
