Our bathroom smelled like pee and mold, the bathroom needs some help. Even the inside of the room door was filthy. The front desk person was helpful. Ice machine did not work but we were only staying the night but would not stay there again. Good location.

On Site Parking was very convenient. Many great restaurants & shops within walking distance of this Cow Hollow neighborhood!

Room was very dark and dingy, staff wasn’t helpful, we arrived late a believe around 10pm the lady behind the desk had no idea where the elevator was pointing us in the back corner. After having to go back and ask again, she just then discovered it was broken, the whole time we were there. Parking was iffy at best if you didn’t get back early enough you might not get a spot. Breakfast was a joke. Milk and cereal, just gallons of milk in the refrigerator. Bread and two toasters that everyone had to wait on.
-
Free parking, quiet location, but a short walk in any direction to great restaurants and shops. Decor is dated, but comfortable and clean.
-
Close to the piers, nice value for money, car spots, the room is clean. The windows are thin so when you are on the street side you could hear people or cars at night a little bit. The breakfast is cool but it is not a real one: we cannot sit to eat and there is not a lot of things but it is better than nothing!
-
The rooms and bathrooms were very clean The breakfast was too basic and nowhere to sit. There was no possibility to make a tea in the room

We checked in around 3:30 when check in is after 3. The guy at the front desk took a while finding a room for us. When we finally got a room twenty minutes later, it didn't have any towels, the safe was locked and the TV had no signal. It took another 10 minutes for maintenance to come and open the safe, another 20 minutes for housekeeping to bring us towels and 2 hours later for the front desk to tell us how to fix the TV signal. Bathroom is dated and the room setup is really narrow. Breakfast is included but we didn't even bother with it the second day. It was all processed carbs, like cereal, oatmeal packets and bagged pastries. There is no place to sit and eat. It is a grab and go setup. Service was underwhelming. For the price, I expected more from this place.

I wouldn’t count on breakfast. It’s not much, but the Coffee is plentiful and good. It’s only open from 8-10am though. Overall a good stay.
-
Decent hotel. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Pretty quite. Shower could have had more water pressure. The staff was friendly and responsive. They let me borrow a phone charger as I forgot mine.
-
Bad cleaning. Not enough parking. Not quiet. Narrow bathroom.
-
Great location in relation to the Marina, bars, coffee shops, and restaurants. The area felt safe and it was great to have onsite parking. Nothing extraordinary about the motel, but a fun retro theme and fair price.

The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around and visit nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean. The breakfast area has only two toasters, each designed for four slices, but only two slots were actually working. This often created a line, and guests had to wait. The bed in our original room had springs sticking out, making it very uncomfortable. However, after we reported the problem to the front desk, the staff immediately moved us to another room, which we appreciated.

This is our favorite place to stay when we are in town. It’s clean, staff is friendly and helpful. We have never had an issue staying here. Parking is first come first serve. Shopping and restaurants are close by and within walking distance
