Great place, very clean and great staff. Good location Nothing, it was a great stay

Our stay at The Suites at Fisherman’s Wharf exceeded every expectation! The location is hands-down the best in San Francisco. Step right out the front door, and you're at the Powell-Hyde Cable Car line, making transit across the city to Union Square, Chinatown, and Downtown entirely effortless. Ghirardelli Square, Pier 39, and the waterfront are all just a short stroll away. The Suites & Balcony Mornings The fully equipped suites feel like a true home away from home, with separate living areas and standard kitchens. One of our favorite highlights was starting every morning with breakfast on our private balcony, taking in the fresh coastal air before heading out. Don't miss the rooftop deck either—it offers breathtaking panoramic views of Alcatraz and the Bay! Parking & Convenience Parking in the city can easily be a headache, but the on-site garage with full in-and-out privileges made driving seamless and stress-free. Knowing our vehicle was secure while we explored on foot or via transit was a massive plus. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive throughout our visit. If you want space, convenience, and top-tier access to everything San Francisco has to offer, this property is an absolute gem. We can’t wait to return!

The location was great and staff was helpful and friendly! Was nice to have a kitchen although we didn't use it on this trip.

The location is absolutely top-notch! It’s right next to the piers and the waterfront. We walked almost everywhere downtown or rented e-bikes. The apartment was very comfortable, and the beds were amazing—even the sofa bed in the living area turned into a luxurious, highly comfortable double bed. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of appliances and utensils. We also really appreciated the daily housekeeping: they cleaned, took out the trash, and changed the towels every day. It was incredibly quiet at night. Our windows faced the courtyard, so while we didn't have a view from the room, the absolute silence was totally worth it. For a stunning view of Alcatraz and San Francisco, you just need to go up to the rooftop deck—it's gorgeous! Finally, we rented a car for two days and had no problem parking in the hotel's garage; it's not huge, but there were spaces available. The only minor downside was the lack of an electric kettle in the kitchen. To make tea, we had to boil water in a pot on the stove.

The hotel is in a safe and vibrant location. Just up the street there are great views and many parks. There is a Trader Joes a few blocks away. Many good restaurants are close by. The suite has good amenities. There is a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom in the suite. Kitchen has cookware, toaster, fridge, blender, dishwasher, microwave, stove, and an electric stovetop. TVs in the living room and bedroom (~40 inch TVs) that get cable channels. There is no AC, but the windows open. There is heat. The living room has a couch pull out bed. There is a roof top deck with tables. The water pressure is very low.

Fabulous location and a very comfortable spacious suite. Roof terrace a fantastic bonus. Shower water pressure wasn’t as high as we’d have liked.

Our stay at Suites at Fisherman’s Wharf exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area, which made exploring San Francisco so much easier and more enjoyable. The location truly could not have been better. The cable car stop is right outside the hotel, and Fisherman’s Wharf, Pier 39, Ghirardelli Square, and many restaurants and attractions were all within easy walking distance. Despite being close to everything, the property still felt quiet, safe, and relaxing. The suite itself was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. Having a full kitchen was such a huge bonus for our family, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everything felt clean, and very well maintained. One of the absolute highlights was the rooftop deck. The panoramic views of the bay, Alcatraz, and the Golden Gate Bridge were breathtaking — especially at sunset. It became one of our favorite parts of the trip. What really sets this place apart is the combination of comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. It truly felt like a home away from home in the heart of San Francisco. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Localisation is PERFECT! Coffee in the apartment. Kettle in the apartment would be much appreciated for European tourists used to drink tea at the evening and in the morning.

Perfect apartment for me and my daughter, it was very spacious and clean. The kitchen facilities were excellent, and the fold out couch was very comfortable. Location was fabulous, with a tram stop right outside and walking distance to many cool restaurants, cafes, convenience store and tourist spots. All of staff were super friendly and helpful. The views from the rooftop lounge area were amazing! nothing, it was perfect for us.
