Great location and perfect choice for a family or couples excursion.

Our room was well appointed with amenities and extremely comfy beds. We travelled with our dog and she also enjoyed the bed that was set out for her. The staff was extremely hospitable and went out of their way to accommodate us during our stay. We will be back soon!

Everything was wonderful from the staff to the facility. The hotel was clean and beautiful. I have not one compliant. Even left something behind and they reached out to return it. Absolutely wonderful hotel.

Great view, great apartment, great location, great staff! The apartment itself, with the wonderful bay views in each room, was a big plus of our SF experience. Expensive but worth the bay room apartment. It was a big splurge for my family - once in lifetime trip for the older folks - not my recent master’s graduate I hope.

Location is absolutely fantastic! Steps from restaurants and walking along the Fishermans Wharf and Fort Mason. View to Alcatraz! Staff were friendly and the apartment was wonderful, large and well appointed. The bed was super comfortable. Will definitely stay there again!.

Location and plenty of space. It's not what it used to be. No more driver, butler, concierge lounge daily. The fixtures and furnishings are not only dated but scuffed up, chipped and just old - not in a good way. Staff will no longer help you get reservations, arrange for really anything. It's more like an air BNB. This sounds like 1%er problems but at 1300.00 a night, I expected the Fairmont to be as I remembered. there's little value here. With the exception of 1 or 2 staff, I find very little to say about the Fairmont Heritage other than look elsewhere, you'll feel taken advantage of.
