Great check in experience and staff super helpful for my stay. Great access to Levi Stadium but, not the hotel’s fault, nothing is close to here so you need to UBer or have a car if not staying for a game. Brilliant rooms, super large, and just a really nice hotel.

The late night check in was very smooth, especially with littles already asleep.

From the moment we arrive, the service was very professional and warm. We came to enjoy the world cup and the front desk provide us with the information needed to go to the stadium (not too far from the hotel) the food was great as well and the coffee was excellent. Great place to stay near the airport and other facilities

Fifa world cup game. More than half of visitors from Turkey predominantly muslims, For breakfast all the options were with pork, One was vegan. Know your customers.

Clean room

First time staying at this property, and it wasn’t bad at all. Everything was a thumbs up. The only thing that could have been better, and would have given 5-stars was the comfort of the bed. We always rate our stays more from the comfort of the mattress and pillows. But, it wasn’t as comfy as it looked but not bad at all.:)

Made my reservation right before midnight, went to check in after midnight no reservation ... Clerk says no worries I'll put you under a new reservation with a saturday check out, first time I've stayed there and I'll definately be back

I wish the back door w Stairs work with your key card instead of always going thru the main lobby

It was fine except u can hear everything around you not very good installation
