Very nice, clean, modern hotel. Rooms are great and to have complimentary breakfast with good food was a good surprise. Yet we were there during World Cup and it was the only hotel we have visited that same night which closed the bar so early. When we went back there was nothing to eat and no bar to sit around while all other hotels close to Levi's stadium were so well prepared and probably made more money too. That was disappointing. Many of the guests were there for the soccer games.

Front desk and reception staff were amiable and helpful. The hotel was extra clean. The restaurant staff were friendly and polite. Guest services and hospitality were extra nice and noticeably hard working. I saw the guest services manager go her pre-shift lineup yesterday and she was very nice to her staff, which I take as an important leadership quality. And her staff seemed to appreciate their manager. Overall, I’ll be staying here anytime I’m in the Santa Clara, Mtn View or San Jose area. Well done!
