Reliable and convenient

The staff was really nice! The location was walkable to almost everything! The air conditioning didn't work. There was also this very nasty chair in the room... Just take it out. No one will miss it. You could see the grime where people's heads, hands, and butt cracks had been.

I'll be disputing this with my credit card company.

I really enjoyed my stay .. the receptionist Dave was really coil and very helpful .. close to downtown 10 min walk. Clean rooms
-
Unfortunately the breakfast area was closed which was disappointing If you are handicap you have to pay more for the room on first floor or near elevator.
-
You get what you pay for.

The hotel across the street. Bald man was nice until he wasn’t. The dirty stained used sheets, the left over cups from the person before us, the stinky old stained carpet .oh and getting locked out of our room because the key stopped swiping.

Chambre bien et propre

Very good
-
Wasn't available.
-
Initial room was undergoing maintenance and then another room provided but had a broken AC, lightbulbs out and WiFi wouldn’t work in that room
-
Couldn't check in, they don't allow entry after a certain point.

Very good

The rooms were clean.

The cooler was broken, the shower curtain was ripped, the comforter on the bed had a whole that looked like a burn mark, they did not have much for breakfast and what they said they would have they did not until asked, the room does not come with a microwave and you have to ask for it. The view was nice, the pool is a good size and it has a spa too, they have soda vending machine, the soaps and restroom accommodations are good, the staff was polite and professional.

Room had mold and was given wrong room

this hotel is really bad. Room was filthy. Nothing was good except the location. Carpets are disgusting.

Nothing AC was broken. No rooms to move us to. No manager on site. Several outlets didn't work and out of the wall. Stains on the walls and bedding. No fitted sheet on the bed. They used a flat sheet. Spent over $200. Should've stayed at a Motel 6.

The room was disgusting. My kids didn't even want to use the restroom. We paid more than $250 for a night... the room was dark, so when I went up to check the room, I didn't really see the issues right away. Don't waste your money here, or just say NO to room 311.
