Clean rooms. Everything is as described and pictured. Very friendly and professional staff. It’s a small motel. Which is just fine. Don’t expect too much in terms of lobby, infrastructure, etc.

Great room with comfortable beds and very clean. Not fancy, but perfect for our need for an overnight stay. The key was left in a lockbox for us because we arrived after midnight. The worker who answered our late call was very kind and agreed to let us remain in the room until noon. Thank you! Parking was a little tight, but we managed

They allowed us to late check in. Staff was helpful and kind. Bed sheets were dirty and there were lot of hair in the bathroom and in the bed sheet as well. Also when we woke up we saw a cockroach on the floor

It was very clean and very quiet. Vanessa was very nice when checking me in. I will be back for sure. Didn't dislike anything

The hotel is well maintained and very closed to downtown San Luis Obispo. The room was cleaned and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Jerry was extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for getting up to Cal Poly and for getting downtown. Both directions are convenient and the walk downtown is easy. The bathroom fan wasn't very strong but there was a window in the bathroom so it wasn't a problem.

Location Bathroom needs more cleaning and circulation

I really enjoyed the property’s proximity to downtown. I also liked how modern the property felt, and the exterior was very nice. It was also convenient being able to park my car right next to my room. The only thing I would say wasn’t my favorite about this property was the ventilation in the bathroom. After taking a shower, it got very hot and steamy, and there wasn’t a fan to turn on. There is a window above the shower, but it didn’t really help with the ventilation.

This motel is clean and comfortable and a great stop off point if, like us, you are en route between San Francisco and Los Angeles. I cannot speak highly enough of the young lady on reception. She was tremendously helpful to us in solving a problem we had. I have no criticisms
