Extended Stay America Suites San Rafael Francisco Blvd East

Great location. But I feel management could do a better job. Funky smells, dirty floors. Breakfast does not exist. It is just and advertising technique!

Everything is as usual, easy check in and nice and clean. However you need to bring ice!!! No ice machines.

By far the cleanest and best staffed extended stay ive visited in all of califoria. unfortunately the pool hasnt been working, but the place is clean, which is better than i can say for most of them!

Great stay staff was very helpful

Room was clean, staff were polite...past that the hotel is nearly empty, breakfast was a dry pre wrapped muffin or plain instant oatmeal. Pool was cold and there was no tech area. Maybe new owners, and a revamp is in progress?

I specifically searched for a hotel with a hot tub and a pool and this one came up as having both. There is a pool but it's outside/open air and right near the highway and was pretty gross (bugs in pool and wads of hair on the edge) and NO HOT TUB.

Everything was clean and staff were very nice... The only downside is they do not have ice on the premises you have a refrigerator with the freezer with trays but you have to wait for the ice to freeze. So make sure if you need ice you bring it with you!

The staff was fantastic! The room was clean. The furniture and amenities were great. The laundry room wash machine was defective and took my money. Had to go thru a company to get it back. I think that Extended Stay should’ve reimbursed me and dealt with the company themselves and not inconvenience me.

Was a nice spot for convenient drive to farry 2.6 miles away then farry to city price point was way better than city

Arrived to staff that wasn’t present even after ringing the bell, staff who didn’t even know if they had a jacuzzi or not or if the pool was heated? My key cards did not work the entire time and I was told to inconveniently come to desk before I go up to my room to get the cards activated! The TV and phone didn’t work and the sink drain wouldn’t unplug so water built up. While I was returning the luggage carrier on day one of my arrival there was police officers at the room across from me. Their idea of a gym is an empty room with no towels and 3 machines and breakfast is nonexistent with cheap small packages of muffins and generic granola bars. I would never recommend this stay especially for the money I was charged!!!

It was good, though I have to say there wasn't any useful bathroom amenities outside of toilet paper for almost 200 a night you'd at least expect some shampoo and conditioner provided not just a bar of soap.

Great hotel! Very clean

The staff were kind and very helpful. The room was fine, the breakfast was just coffee, hot coco and oatmeal. The pool was great. My kids loved swimming!

That there was no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion in the bathroom, just soap. And that there was no hot breakfast.

The guy at the front desk called the cops on me for asking for the utensils his reason was cause I was to big and blk . Some straight non sense. Avoid this hotel and they want bring anything to your room. There not accommodating at all

Easy access to and from the highway the location was nice and quiet. The only downside was the pool was closed and the key card would not work but other than that everything was good. We definitely will stay here again.
