Cinco Hotel

I really enjoyed the restaurant/ garden and the health food store has fresh juices at reasonable prices. I would recommend this cute boutique hotel to family and friends. We had dinner at the restaurant and our server forgot to bring us water and the ice bucket we requested for the wine bottle ordered with dinner. That night was insanely hot that our white wine got warm in no time making it hard to drink.

This place took my breath away. For being small it is full of beauty and peace. Staff is so sweet and helpful. They have coffee bars, restaurant outdoors like in the jungle vibe..lil shops and a market. It is for the healthy foodies but I loved it. If and when we come back this is where we will stay. Nothing to say.

Everything was great

Beautiful small hotel in the "Zona Rosa" of San Salvador. The concept of being connected with nature is great. Tasty breakfasts and bathrooms in the rooms are really spacious. The main gate closes early.

Great communal areas and garden. Hit water and good AC. Food was healthy and fresh.

I like the garden. The staff is very friendly and helpful Parking is very bad. Always crowded.

Friendly staff with smooth check in/out process. Located in Zona Rosa it is accessible to local cafes, restaurants, etc. The hotel itself has its own restaurant and Japanese tea house in the back garden. Both highly recommended. The walls are thin so you will hear your neighbors.

Rooms could offer better amenities

Very pleasant, garden setting, nice organic restaurant with tables nestled in the tropical garden, very friendly and helpful people, location felt very safe to walk after dark.

This is the second time I have raised concerns about the shower heads needing replacement or deep cleaning. The current issues with water flow not only waste water but also hinder an otherwise comfortable experience, which is disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, I strongly recommend updating the sheets, blankets, and pillows. While they are clean, they are visibly worn and affect the overall comfort.

This is our second visit to Cinco while passing thru San Sal… and you can’t beat the price for what you get. Truly lovely staff and fantastic restaurant garden with a hidden tea house. The rooms are fine— beds comfortable and bathroom nice and tidy. Not much.. they need to swap out the couch in the room we stayed

Lovely garden setting for meals; helpful staff who arranged great driver, Alberto, and made sure the kitchen stayed open for a late night meal upon our late arrival.

Cute place with an attached restaurant and health store, and parking. Excellent walkable area.

Room was spacious and beds comfortable. The breakfast was very good and served in such a nice outdoor set-up! Lots of good restaurants at walking distance. It is not close to the historic centre but it is reachable by bus or easy uber ride.
