Suites las Palmas, Hotel & Apartments.

Our stay at Suites Las Palmas was great. Our room was clean and spacious. The hotel was luxurious. The restaurants, Septimo and Gastronomica, were outstanding. I will stay there again when I return to El Salvador. I don't really have complaints; however, it would be nice to have a complimentary breakfast or airport shuttle service.

Love this hotel! Staff is excellent. Room is spacious. Breakfast is great. There is a pool; also a laundry; a gym as well!

It was beautiful. Very spacious. Staff was so attentive. The beds are extremely comfortable. Decor throughout was appealing, the lounge area a good place to relax and read. the restaurant on the top floor was delicious and pool side. I sat outside at night and watched the nightlife happen all around. shower water was not hot. I dont know if it was just our room. but the shower itself was also beautiful and huge... I should have asked for help but it wasn't cold so just my own personal issue

The staff, every single one of them, were fantastic. Great customer service, friendly, helpful, attentive. Easy to find via vamos, close to shopping and several eateries. The beds are pretty comfortable, but linens and pillows are less so. The units are dark, the hallways are dark and unwelcoming. The balcony looking over the street has no seating. The two windows (one in living room, one in bedroom) look out to a concrete wall 2 meters away. The unit is woefully under-equipped. Minimal dishes, 2 bowls, 2 spoons, etc. A kitchenette, but no towel, dish soap, sponge or even paper towel. No rug. Small fridge without ice, tho available in lobby from reception. The TV operation was either overly complicated or not hooked up. Couldn’t get past the Tigo homepage.

Lovely hotel and extremely kind staff that allowed us to check-in early. Perfect location for exploring the city or going to airport, very safe area with a mall and many restaurants nearby. 15 minutes to historic center Nothing

the apartment was great. the staff was lovely. our room wasn't quite ready yet at check in time but they let us check in and just delivered towels later. they provided us with a crib, which was great. they even refunded me the night we didn't need although Booking.com had said that wasn't possible. so grateful! the only thing was the crib mattress was still in its plastic bag that it arrived in new and every time my baby rolled over, the plastic crinkling woke me up. so i would suggest a QUIET mattress cover, if the mattress isn't waterproof.

Located in a really nice neighborhood with lots of great restaurants around. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room itself was very spacious with a super comfortable bed.
