I love the decor and feel of the hotel I’ve stayed at this hotel several times with great experiences. This time they took away the fresh coffee left outside of the room which was very important to me. Also the room was cold and the bathroom window did not close to keep the heat in once I turned it on. I hope they will return to their great level of service in the future.

Great location. The view from our room was beautiful. Loved how they delivered coffee and cookies in the morning. Friendly staff too. The sheets on our bed were not soft. Pretty stiff and felt like poor quality.

Hotel is in a restored building close to the town plaza. It was so noisy during the night we had little to no sleep. Not other guests, not local bars, only a cacophony of dogs and roosters that never quit. Not the fault of the property but it was just unbearable.

The Mansion Real is a beautifully preserved historic mansion built in the tradition of Spanish Baroque architecture. It is located right next to the beautiful church. The rooms feature beautiful tile and woodwork. The place is quiet and serene. There is a wonderful courtyard garden with several tables where guests can relax, chat and enjoy the view and gardens. Service is excellent and the hotel is very secure.

Beautiful location and grounds. A traditional hacienda right near the main square for easy exploring and access. The staff were kind and helpful. Tiny recommendation would be to improve the coffee in the morning including offering milk. But very minor and would never prevent me from staying... and would encourage others!

CLeanliness and location. Staff was nice too. Nice Courtyard to look out into from room #7 but also everything echoes because the courtyard is so small. You are not given a key for the front door of the hotel so you have to ring a doorbell that can be heard throughout the hotel so you hear that every time someone comes to the front door no matter what time it is. Since they give us a room key then they should give a key or some way to come and not disturb everyone else in the hotel each time. Lots of doorbell rings. The bed had a plastic type moisture bad that didnt breathe on top of 2 mattress pads. Not sure why need all of those things. The Plaza 1 block away has a bell tower and it rings starting at 7:30am and also in the evening. The coffee was very watery each morning.
