Hanoi Prime Garden Hotel & Spa

Only the location Its nothing like the photos you see online. The room is half the size than the one published by the hotel. The first night we arrived at 1 AM and they placed us in an uncleaned room. The bathroom was dirty, the towels in the room were already used and the room was that small that we could barely place our luggage. The second night we complained and they placed us into a bigger room but (again) nothing like the pictures. I don’t score the property a 1 just because its location but it’s definetly not worth anyone’s money. In addition to everything I mentioned, the building is under construction and there is dirt everywhere. The stairs are completly blocked by stuff and if there were to be an emergency it would be impossible to get downstairs.

What I like about a property was it was a good location in Old Quarter but not too close to tourist sports. all in all it’s a good stay but You need to keep on asking them about the toiletries. You keep on reminding them. it was a good value for your money hotel if you’re really on a tight budget. But will I book it again probably a Big “No”. less amenities and the basic hotel toiletries are missing. hence I didn’t complain since the hotel is really cheap hence I just go to the nearest Circle K and buy for my self. The AC is not really cold hence They provided an electric fan or maybe I just went on the summer months but still No complain because of how much I paid for the hotel. receptions are not really that helpful but not that bad. specially Thoi probably the one good reception there.

None. This is the worst hotel!!! I don’t recommend this!! I’m telling you don’t waste your money here!! We had a terrible experience with this hotel in Hanoi. We informed them in advance that we would be arriving around 10 PM because we had a tour that day. However, when we arrived, the staff told us they were fully booked and couldn't accommodate us, even though our reservation was still marked as confirmed in the app. They never informed us beforehand or contacted us as soon as they realized they couldn't honor our booking. After a long day of touring, we arrived exhausted, only to be turned away late at night. Fortunately, we were able to find another hotel before 11 PM, but this was an extremely stressful The male staff didn't even apologize. He showed no concern for our situation or our safety, even though it was already late at night, tired and we were left without a room.

Unfortunately, the room did not meet our expectations. The actual room was quite different from the description and photos provided, which was disappointing. The biggest issue during our stay was the internet. It wasn't working throughout our stay, and although we reported it to the reception every day, the problem was never resolved. Each time we returned to our room, the internet was still not working, which made our stay quite inconvenient.

Just the location The hotel looked nothing like the photos. The room was very small, old, uncomfortable, and not very clean. It was also extremely noisy, and the staff became rude after I explained that I wanted to leave because the hotel did not match what had been advertised.

EVERYTHING. THE DOOR WAS NOT UP TO DATE AND THE PLACE WAS DUSTY THAT WE HAD EXPERIENCED ITCHINESS AND THERE WAS NO HOT WATER AND WE LOST POWER AND SOMEONE OPENED THE DOOR WITHOUT KNOCKING THAT WE ENDED UP DECIDING TO TRANSFER HOTELS. THIS IS NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

The location and value for money~

Good location Not clean, noisy

The kettle and cup was kept in the closet and have no accessible electrical outlet. Have to bring it in the bathroom to use. The TV was not working as well.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. We made a confirmed reservation ahead of time, but when we arrived, the hotel had already given our room away to other guests. Imagine traveling for hours only to be told your booking means nothing. Completely unacceptable. The staff handled the situation terribly — no real apology, no solution, and no concern for the stress and financial loss they caused us. We were left scrambling to find another hotel at the last minute, paying higher prices because of their mistake. They wasted our time, ruined part of our trip, and caused unnecessary frustration after a long journey.

Very good location near to the center and all commodities

On the photo it looks big spacious but in reality our luggage could not fit we are group of three only one luggage can open good i am expecting a same photo but its not what it looks like. The unlucky part is the elevator went broken so we have to go up by stairs upto 6th floor will not book here again None

nothing to appreciate...We were dis appointed upon our arrival because they wanted us to transfer to other hotel because their reason was the aircon was out of order..but we insisted to stay & it took hours before the gave us the room..The hotel is not clean ...very old ,,the wall is disgustng so with the elevator its dirty The hotel is very old and not clean ..They need to repaint the wall because its dirty...The over all place is notclean..

Worst ever experience, insects on the bed. Hotel staff is asking to pay extra instead of solving Nothing like was good.

They just cancelled our booking when we got there to check in..!!!! It was ridiculous..!!!
