Not clean room and not clean elevator

We had a great time staying at carousel Inn! Very conveniently located, the staff was really nice, pretty good breakfast, although I would’ve liked to see more protein foods. Most likely will be back again.

The person at the front desk was very helpful when we checked in. He told us about local grocery stores and gas stations and other places we might be interested in.

Loved the colorful and clean room. Front desk agent came right to my room to help me with my TV when I was having trouble with it. All front office staff I interacted with were so helpful. Really great location in Santa Cruz close to the Boardwalk and pier, would definitely stay again.

The room and property were clean and the breakfast was great. Parking was inside their courtyard and we felt secure being there.

Super close to the boardwalk. Quiet area at night too.

Room was clean and beds very comfortable. We were in a short walk to Boardwalk. Breakfast was great and staff fantastic. Will stay here again .

We really enjoy the staying here, the room had his own private balcony with a table for 6, the room and bathroom is very big for a family of 4, the breakfast at the lobby and staff are great!. Very walkable to the boardwalk of Santa Cruz

The location was so great with close access to the beach The fan in our restroom wasn't working

Perfect location!

Very friendly staff, great location, good idea to purchase the boardwalk wrist band from the hotel. Small breakfast space but good selection to fill your tummy. IT's a bit dated as a hotel but very reasonable and clean for the price.

Great staff!!! Super friendly!!!! Wished the beds were a tad bit softer and no squeek!! Otherwise great location and price. Great for families:)

I feel like I deserve done kind if refund at least fur part of my money the tv didn’t work , couldn’t find the remote staff gave me 2 other ones that were supposed to to be charged by solar and after waiting for the sun to charge them still didn’t work🙁
