Bathtub was dirty no soap for shower. The employees spent their time outside smoking.

The room I was first assigned to had mold in the bathroom but staff was helpful and put us in bathroom. Also I thought they served breakfast but the served only coffee

Spacious room Room smelled like weed throughout stay, toilet was unstable. Booked for 2 beds and a sofa bed. There was no sofa bed. Only a rolled out twin bed.

Room was extremely dirty. Crumbs, hair & stains on bed sheets. Little pieces of trash scattered throughout the room. Mold in shower & cracks in shower floor. Staff was not friendly at all

The ‘manager’ who checked us in was very helpful. The actual manager the next day was not very helpful. Althoughbooking.com told me he would be responsible for getting me my refund. He told me to get it from booking.com. Consequently, so far I have no refund and I’m not a happy customer.

The staff in the front desk very disrespectful, and not helpful. The hotel in the pictures is very different from real it’s not what I expected. Shower water leak in the bathroom and we have to clean it after. The bed pillows were very uncomfortable.

Staff were rude no greeting no how are you gentlemen was unhappy. So were the house keepers.Check in was so post be at 3 I received a message before my stay that check will be 4pm. Services not given even not no towels no house keeping for the next day stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. No breakfast only coffee. Amenities like swimming pool were dirty and Jacuzzi were outdated.The porch furniture as outdated as well. I wouldn’t give them one star. Very unpleasant stay.

We were very happy with the staff and the condition of the room. Nice and close to the beach. Walked there in about 5 minutes. Best hotel we have stayed at considering the many times we have visited. The only negative thing about the hotel was no breakfast with my stay like most hotels.
