The location was perfect! Very close walk to the beach and the pier. We had a great evening walking to dinner, and watching the sea lions at the pier!

Great location, able to walk to the beach, pier, ans Boardwalk. The rooms are stylish and nice. The parking is cramped and on a slope,

Location and room. Floor was a little grimy.

Great location and rooms were very nice. Staff was excellent, we will be back!

Close to the boardwalk and beach. *****I Would highly recommend******

We had reserved 2 rooms and only one was ready 1 1/2 hr later than check in time. The trash cans were overfilled outside the room for two days. There isn’t enough parking for all of the rooms at the inn. The room inside was cute and clean. The staff working tried to give an explanation for the check-in delay, but I believe it’s a management issue above them. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Beautiful clean room. Can easily walk to the boardwalk and wharf

Very cute - undergoing renovations, not much in the way of amenities, cafe. Etc

This hotel is a great value. The rooms are well maintained and

Close walk to the beach. Rooms were nice and comfortable. The parking was a little confusing at first because we had to use the overflow lot but once we figured it out, it was fine.

Spend 3 nights and requested housekeeping for the last full day. Again asked several times (via text and in person), never happened. I believe staff is not trained enough before going solo. Location is very convenient. We had a room with 2 beds. A bit tight, but we expected that.

Great location in Santa Cruz, just up the hill and across from the Wharf. The hotel is small but very welcoming and newly renovated. Our room was a standard size with a nice bathroom and good size shower. My partner and I were able to drop off our car in the lot before check in and enjoy all the spots near by in the meantime. It's an incredibly short walk to the Boardwalk and it feels safe at night to walk around the area. Would absolutely stay again! Nothing, it was great!

Amazing staff from check in to check out

I would say on balance it's like a two and a half star level motel, Nothing like a three star hotel. It's not terrible but somewhat overpriced from what it is imho

Premium pricing for a two star hotel in July is the reality. Parking is an additional $25 a day. When the lot overflows, you will need to use the lot behind the hotel requiring you to check in with the (separate) hotel’s front desk across the street for a validation. There will likely be a line for their own hotel guests to wait on. It really took away from any value of paying for hotel parking. Room is small but great location and the most comfortable bed and pillows of any hotel I’ve stayed at.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean. The rooms are very large including a dinette and living room area. We were very impressed with the hotel and our stay. Besides the few shops close to the hotel this location is removed from the town. It was definitely peaceful. Check out Caffe Mezza Luna for breakfast it was delicious!

Very cute place! Parking was tight, car got door dinged. And would like a suitcase stand in room. But bed was comfy and room was updated and modern. Very close to boardwalk.

We enjoyed our stay - the location was great! -loved being right next to West Cliff Dr for amazing walks and so easy to get downtown. It's not glamorous - but was recently remodeled, was very clean, spacious bathroom, bed very comfortable, liked the convenience of having a microwave, refrigerator & a 4-cup coffee machine. Also glad to have parking included. My only small "criticism" was that housekeeping did not clean our room when requested - we stayed 5 nights and are able to tidy our own room from day to day - but we requested a cleaning/new towels/more coffee packs on day 3 and it never happened. I was able to get those supplies from the front office - desk staff were always great. Maybe thy housekeeping staff were too busy that day? Other than that - a great stay!
