Very nice rooms with lots of space. The staff was friendly and helpful

Breakfast staff were cheerful, efficient & provided a variety of delicious daily food choices. Our room was very clean. The kitchen and bathroom amenities are excellent. Laundry area was very clean. The outdoor pool was lovely with seating and towels provided. We highly recommend to travelers.

Bed was comfortable We had an abundance of ants in the bed, bathroom, shower, kitchen. They were in our belongings. Our room was never cleaned when we were there. The light fixture in the shower was broken and would flicker on and off when we were in the shower or using the restroom. It wasn’t the worst experience but not the best. The staff was informed and said they could not give me a discount

Carmela was amazing, so friendly and personable, the hotel is lucky to have her representing their facility

We really enjoyed staying at the Residence Inn. The room was very clean and spacious and it was nice to have the use of a full kitchen. We did have a problem with the fridge getting cold and once we notified staff, they acted quickly and fixed the problem. We also liked that they had a free shuttle to the old town of Santa Fe. They had a coin operated laundry room on site which we made use of. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the area was clean. The one disappointment is that the hot tub was out of order and the pool area was in need of some care. The shaded lattice covered area where we lounged needed a good cleaning. The weeds were growing through the cement around the pool deck. The inside areas were well kept but it looks like the outside grounds could use some attention. Other than that it was great and we would definitely stay again if in the area, in fact, we stayed an additional night!

An older property and the wear and tear shows. Getting to the room a little more difficult than the newer places with centralized entrances. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast very nice.

The Residence Inn has large, comfortable rooms. The rooms are a bit old but are clean with comfortable beds. The rooms can be a bit dark as there are few overhead lights and if your room is on the first floor, leaving the curtains open is not an option for privacy. The hotel is about 10 minutes drive from downtown Santa Fe. Overall a good value with spacious rooms.

Everything's fine except the minor nuisance of the door key that easily demagnetizes when put next to the phone. I heard that they're upgrading the door locks soon.
-
The property is small and clean. Front desk help was great. We left some items behind and they called us to notify us.

The feel of home. The trees, and flowers beutiful. A nice change from the buisy streets downtown. Plenty activities or great for just being in nature.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not have the breakfast, nor use the hot tub. They did have a waterline break which inconvenienced us a bit but I work construction and have had to repair waterlines. Staff kept us informed and were very professional. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
