Convenient, clean, nice pool, good breakfast, reasonably priced

Adorable orange cat lives at hotel. Breakfast is okay. Good wifi. I booked pool view room, was quiet My room wasn’t ready at 5 pm, no towels. Water in pool was cold.

No shower door, thin walls, basic hotel

The swimming pool in the center, the breakfast and the staff were all recommendable. The location was very close to the main street in town, which allowed for exploration and scouting for restaurants. The room was big and spacious, and perfect for our short stay, we also were welcomed with 24h/7 reception. It was also clean. Good a/c. There were not towels for two, and the ones given were definitely tired-looking.

Price is really good and affordable, the WIFI was good, location 5 mins walking from the beach. the room is big and clean! Breakfast was the worse part, I considered it as the worse in my life. We can not sleep because of Mosquitoes, they should put a mosquito’s net to protect the room. The hair dryer is veryyyyyyy old I think from 1970. It is missing facilities inside the room, like water !!

Reception: Staff, Clayton, Etson, are all excellent! Housekeeping daily and professional; The room was large, with a high ceiling, provided a kettle, refrigerator. The bed was comfortable and there were two pillows; Checkin was efficient Wifi works fine Breakfast is generous with fruits, vegetables. Bread, jams. Eggs. Everyone is nice here! Pool is clean. Garden. Enough chairs and tables. Clayton arranged the taxi. Response to messages timely. Highly recommended.

Everything was great, friendly and helpful staff, fantastic location, beautiful property, delicious and extensive breakfast ??. Remarkable pool area with tropical plants , amazing body wash provided, would definitely stay there again and recommend to others ? No elevator ?, this made it difficult to transport bags

Location near beach (490m) Extensive breakfast Clean room Double booking and one staff 'manager' lying and cheating, showing a different room ( no balcony) in repair. Thus he was lying as this was not the booked room. He 'offered' ( pushed - persisted) us to stay in a different hotel which we would reach by a taxi: no indication where the other hotel was located and what prive category it was. As we insisted, we got a smaller room. We only got the bigger booked room after 4 nights as we went asking ourselves while the staff 'manager' wasn't present. A new woman with a Hotel branded outfit gave us a bigger room as we had booked. Thus not trustworthy staff manager had spoiled the start of the holiday. Please note we had booked for 11 nights while most customers only stayed for 4 to 6 nights. Thus one of the best customers he wanted to spend the money in a different hotel..

The rooms were quite big and the beds comfortable. Our room was not properly cleaned on arrival. But after complaining that was corrected which was nice.

Location is great,people are friendly and the atmosphere is chill The gym tapis roulan didt work at all,food served at dinner had some issues (rice was kind of acid cause cleary was old)

Clean place. . Very nice and helpful staff. The pool was crystal clean everyday. Not far from the beach, a short walk down the main street. Supermarket is fairly close, restaurants too. A bit worn, though spotless clean. Breakfast is a bit repetitive, but for a week you can manage. Lacks some fresh and cold ingredients.

nothing Very poo customer service and follow up. I was meant to be refunded one night. It's been months and no track of my money, despite the front desk employee telling me it would be sorted. No reply to my messages neither. I would not recommend this establishment.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Good breakfast and comfy rooms. Good location, short walk to everything. Bit run down - tiles missing on sink surround, etc but we had a really lovely stay.

Great hotel, location, and staff. The hotel has a fantastic pool with tropical trees. A loud disco at night during the weekend opposite the hotel was going on till the morning. The location is excellent, very close to the beach but while you go there you are likely to be stopped by a dozen people trying to sell you something. Nothing particular regarding this hotel, just one side of Cape Verde which is not nice.
