Clean room and friendly staff

Conveniently close to beach Construction, moldy bathroom with no ventilation, not clean

Perfect location in Santa Monica beach, walkable to pier and beach, so many good restaurants around. Room is clean and we enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is literally two minutes from the beach, and all the rooms are off a quiet, green, gated courtyard. We were unlucky that our room didn't have a table on the patio, as many others did. That would have made breakfast far easier and more pleasant!

This hotel stay will forever be one of my favorite stays. My daughter’s and I had a girls vacation. The staff were so amazing!! Especially Hovah and Eddy!! The maids and the grounds keepers were awesome!!! The best stay ever. Safe and clean!! Thank you to the staff for making our trip and extra special one and one that will be a memorable experience!!

The location is ok.

I’d like to thank the hotel staff very much for their help when it turned out that I’d got a flat tyre on my hire car. The reception staff rang the helpline on my behalf and sorted the matter out. The hotel is in a great location, right next to Santa Monica Pier. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was great. I believe her name was Java was excellent. Location is wonderful. Setting is very nice.

Friendly staff Do not feel safe, lots of homeless, someone constantly knocking on our window at night. Feels hunted. No AC HOT and sticky all night.

The main person working the front desk charged me twice for parking and refused to refund after showing him the proof of payment. Other than him our stay was great. Just don't lose your parking pass 🙃

The property is well located and very close to the beach. The rooms are no frills but very clean. Parking is available at an extra cost.

It was a good hotel. Perfect location. The parking spot was basically in front of my room and that was good. Shower was tiny. And the AC was not big enough for the room. But overall was a good stay.

No coffee maker in the room.

The photos on the website are misleading—they make it look like a large resort complex with direct private beach access, but it’s actually just one building with small hotel rooms and not the huge property that’s advertised. Inside the room, we found cockroaches twice, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable. Basic amenities like a microwave and a kettle were also missing, so we had to go to the reception every time we needed hot water. This was very inconvenient and significantly affected our overall experience.
