It was nice

Lot's of steps if you are older and have any mobility issue.

We recommend this hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious and well furnished. They are grouped around a central courtyard, which has tables, chaise lounges, and nice plants. The staff was very helpful and attentive. I used the EV chargers on site for my plug-in hybrid, which cost a reasonable $10 per night. Regular parking is plentiful though it costs $11 per night, which should be free but is reasonable, at least. The breakfast was adequate with a range of choices though only hard-boiled eggs. The hotel is on a nice stretch of Pico Blvd away from the freeway with a coffee house and Trader Joe’s within easy walking distance. The area has a quintessential West LA vibe, which is a good thing.

The part we didn't like was to pay extra $11 for parking, it should say clearly from the beginning.

The hotel was very clean, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. This is definitely a hotel I would recommend because it’s clean and conveniently located close to everything. The breakfast area fills up quickly. When I arrived, there were no available tables, so I recommend going early if you plan to have the breakfast.

The place is clean and the staff is great. I liked that there was a bbq to use. But didn’t like how the ice machine was up stairs and there is no elevators at all..way to many stairs to go up and down. parking is absolutely horrible and on top of that you have to pay $11 per night. The breakfast was very minimal could be better.

Very nice facility in a reasonable location

Good place to stay:)

The good part: location near freeway, restaurants and Trader Joe’s market. Not so good part: the facility is old, no elevator, you can hear people’s steps from upstairs if you stay on the ground floor. The bathroom needs more hangers to hold towels and cloths. The breakfast is fine.

The property was in a great location, super modern and easy to navigate. Staff were friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was great. Would definitely stay there again!

The room was clean and relatively comfortable. Our issue was finding an affordable hotel close to our daughter in Santa Monica, and this one fit the bill. We're used to better-quality hotels but cost is an issue as we go out to visit our granddaughter 4-5 times a year. The staff was wonderful and they cleaned the room every day without having to ask which was nice. The complimentary breakfast was minimal but Rae's restaurant just up the street was terrific and surprisingly reasonably priced. All in all we agreed it was a nice stay,

Passable

Breakfast was delicious. At one point, the parking area became a bit cramped because a large pick-up truck was parked in the row across from mine. Fortunately, I was still able to drive out without any problem. Thank you to everyone for your hard work—the front desk staff, administrative staff, housekeeping staff, kitchen staff, maintenance staff, and management. Your dedication made for a pleasant stay.

Location is pretty good as you can catch the big blue bus to Santa Monica or to downtown easily Breakfast was very poor, not much cooked food there No lift in the hotel so you have to carry your luggage to the first floor
