SureStay Hotel by Best Western Santa Monica

Good restaurants and cafes around the hotel.

Everything was fine….I did not like that the BR light went on every single time I went in…especially in the middle of the night…not much lighting around the bed, it was hard to read

Our room was so nice and clean, it didn't have a pool like I would have liked but it was a very nice area and the gated like set up made it feel homie cause it was like an apartment building not much like a hotel, I liked that for some reason haha the breakfast was so delicious and nice to have when your just on the go and wanna get your activities started would absolutely stay again and look forward to planning another stay!!

Breakfast are good and laundry in the facility. A little bit pricey for laundry cost $4 and dry $3 but still inside the property. Overall we love our stay

Breakfast could've been a bit better, since there were no hot options other than toast and pancakes.

Room was very clean. Contentintal breakfast options were outstanding. My only complaint would be the air conditioner was VERY loud. Suggest to add a couch or seating area to the room.

I asked for an upstairs room when I made my reservations but was put in a downstairs handicap room with short closets, a light that went on every time you entered the bathroom even in the middle of the night but turned off when I was in the shower. Only one plug in by bed and no plug by the desk. And we did not get our wake-up call so we were late to our granddaughters graduation. And the people up stairs must have checked in very late because they dropped what sounded like a heavy metal suitcase repeatedly on the stairs going up and on the floor of their room. Around 2:30am.

Room was clean but felt small. Location was ideal. I loved the peace and quiet of the place. Staff were friendly.I liked the breakfast. Not sure

The property supplies a complementary breakfast, basic but ample I didn’t realise the distance from Santa Monica but we just used local transport to get around

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed the neighborhood. Great food, drinks, and coffee nearby. Close to Santa Monica Pier as well. AC in our first room did not work. Staff accommodated us with another room with an ice cold AC.

Very good

Room was very clean, they provide decent breakfast with quite a few options, good coffee. Staff is very polite and helpful. They also provided crib for our baby on request. Need to pay 10$ extra for parking but thats expected in Cali. No other extra charges and hey breakfast was free! N/A

The location is very good The breakfast is a little poor, we don't have so many options and no scrambled eggs. No big deal, but it's not nice walk from the parking lot to the rooms passing by the street. The room size is quite small.
