Need separate table for coffee station in room, a/c too loud, Television located on side of bed instead of infront of bed to avoid straining your neck

It was a good experience.

This was the most perfect stay. Our room was amazing. The pillows here are AWESOME. There is plenty of space for a family. The only downsides were water pressure, parking (we paid for garage, but it’s so tiny), and our microwave didn’t work (though we didn’t need it, so it didn’t affect our stay). Even with the downsides, this place is a “10” - the Nightshift clerk was fantastic and very courteous and attentive. We are on a cross country road trip and every hotel stay has failed in comparison to this one.

Ruth was incredible! Very helpful and the rest of the staff were attentive and responsive. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again when we’re back in town!

It feels newly built! Clean rooms and huge suite! Well designed and close to the freeway. Have to reserve the paid parking.

I was very happy when I arrived. I was greeted by Marilyn, who was superb in her kindness and understanding and helpfulness. I recommend this hotel. It was very clean and they were very very wonderful especially Marilyn. I would definitely come here again.

Lovely hotel - not part of a corporate chain, and very well maintained with spacious, well-appointed rooms & suites. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was not amazing but more than adequate. And there were many fine eateries within a 5 minute walk. Highly recommended!

A gem of a hotel, on the edge of a residential neighborhood but in the heart of downtown Santa Rosa with Starbucks, cool restaurants and boutiques within walking distance. My daughter and I had a very large suite with all amenities incl. a stacked washer & dryer, and I loved the Nespresso machine. And when we invited a couple in town for a family gathering to join us for one evening, hotel staff were accommodating and added them to the reservation without any questions. Parking garage was full, but there is ample street parking around the hotel.
