Great hotel! Location! Staff! Cleanliness! Wine & breakfast! All for a great price!

The hotel is beautiful. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff was excellent. The wine bar was nice and the lobby area was comfortable. The breakfast was sparce but they advertise that it's continental. The cereal and coffee were good. And I ate a packaged Kirkland brand boiled egg and I have to say it was better than what I make at home so no complaints. Parking was a challenge but there are several parking public parking lots within a 2 minute walk for $10 a day if you don't want to pay $25 to valet park. My only complaint is the large number of homeless people in the park across from the hotel and the issues we experienced with them. I am very sympathetic to the plight of the homeless and involved in addressing the issue at home. But having one homeless person's dog attack my dog twice and another homeless person threaten my wife with death is just too much. I did not see a single police person during our entire visit in the city. The city of Santa Rosa needs to get their house in order. Until they do, we will stay down the road in a neighboring town that is well managed on our 10 visits a year.

Amazing from start to finish, great staff, amazing rooms and perfect vibe for my partner and I on his birthday weekend.

Hotel was close to where our family lives in Santa Rosa. A lot of good restaurants in the area. Room was very clean and tastefully decorated. A bit on the small size, but we were there only one night, so it really didn't bother us. We were able to bring our dog in the room, which really was a nice plus for us. Staff very friendly. Continental breakfast was a nice addition. Nothing bad to say about hotel. It would have been nice to have an area right next to the hotel that was landscaped with lawn to walk dog. Area next to hotel was an empty lot, with uneven dirt and gravel. We went to park across the street to walk the dog, and there are a few unhoused people there. If I was without my husband I probably wouldn't have walked the dog there. The park is perfectly fine during the day.

This is a really nice place to stay. The valet parking is easy. Has an Elevator which isn’t always the case in old buildings. Staff is great and lots of great restaurants close by which is good since no restaurant on site. Breakfast is bagels, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, etc. coffee in the lobby is super good. My room had a fridge but no microwave. Everything worked well. The only thing to be aware of is there is a park across the street with lots of unhoused people in it. Most people didn’t seem to mind. Lots of people walking around the shops and restaurants. But does seem a bit sketchy at night walking around alone.

Location was awesome. Right in the middle of downtown Santa Rosa. Loved it. Mall nearby. Restaurants, pubs all right there. Shopping. Hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent. Parking can be a small problem but we managed it. Only paid $20 to park 40 feet from hotel entrance. We were fortunate because I believe we would have had to park away in a garage. But that wouldn’t be bad either since we walked to everything. Great time

Quaint yet modern. No complaints.

Exceeded my expectations in every way! It will be my new go to when staying overnight in Ssnta Rosa.

Very clean and friendly hotel! We really enjoyed our stay. Tip for families with little ones: our bathroom door did not lock so expect to secure the door another way. We positioned our portable crib in front of the door. There were no high chairs during breakfast so bringing a seat or chair one might be a good idea.
