Beautiful building in quiet area with nearby supermarket. Simple breakfast.

The bed and breakfast was a very cozy and comfortable place. The rooms were lovely and clean, the breakfast was great, and the common space was welcoming. Above all, Ignacio who runs the place was the most kind and welcoming person. He really made our stay exceptional.

Excellent location, on a quiet residential street. Less than 10 minute walk to the metro and buses. The host Ignacio was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfasts were ample and delicious.

The owners were incredibly kind, attentive, and friendly. This was my first solo trip to a Spanish-speaking country and I felt very comfortable here even as a young woman. I arrived at 3 in the morning and Ignacio greeted me and helped me with my bags. Breakfast was great, the room was very comfortable, even though the bathroom was a little small. It still met all of my needs perfectly. The owners are happy to help with whatever questions guests may have. The location is fantastic as well. Off the main street just enough to be peaceful but close enough to restaurants and the metro that exploring is easy.

Ignacio was the most solicit and helpful host I've ever had. He received us with a lot of enthusiasm and caring. We stayed for just one night before heading to the airport, but it was refreshing and we felt welcome.

The staff and owner were pleasant and friendly. The B&B was in walking distance, too many shops and restaurants. Can’t think of a thing.

Ignacio was super friendly. The beds were comfy. Located on a really pretty street. The bathroom in our room could use improvement. But the shower water was hot with good pressure. The windows are drafty but all the blankets on the bed made sleeping very cozy.

A traditional house that is perfect for a short stay in Santiago

Extremely warm welcome. Lovely home but had to wait a bit to get some hot water especially in the upper room. Ignacio changed my room for the second night which was magnificent. Super quiet and comfy bed.

Ignacio warmly welcomed us at 10:00 in the morning as we had nowhere to go after our long trans-Atlantic flight. We got a cup of coffee and our room was ready in no time. The room was nice and cozy and we could reach all places of interest either by walking or by taking a short taxi ride. What a lovely stay! All was great!

Exceptional

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was tasty but not elaborate. I asked for the room upstairs, which was very nice. Light from outside was very nice. I just hadn't realized that some sections in the room had very low ceilings, so I did have to duck in a few places, or I would hit my head. I learned this well after two interactions with a low ceiling. Still, it's a very nice room.
