Clean and tidy. Shared kitchen. Good WiFi. Bathrooms should be updated and repaired! The main receptionist was unfortunately not very welcoming to us for the whole stay, however accommodating our requests at the end.

Location Location

Good location, pretty good beds and bed linen. Pretty calm place. Stuff doesn’t speak English, all sockets (power outlets) are of unusual local type. Neither US/Canadian nor EU chargers doesn’t fit to them. It’s probably not the problem of stuff… but offer some connectors would be a good idea

It was in a great location for any travellers. Can get noisy, we had people come in at 4 am speaking loudly on the phone.

I liked the kindness and good vibes one feels inside this place. Guest are welcomed warmly and makes one feel appreciated as people. The host went out of his way to assist me even though I was just a guest staying here for the first time. I also liked the quietness inside the place even though the street outside was busy. Is great that the hotel location was near the Historical Civic area and Museums, ideal for immersing oneself in and exploring the local culture. Local walking guided tours start at the Plaza nearby. In addition, the area offers a variety of places to shop around such as Malls, Coffee shops, and restaurant options just around the radius of the Hotel. The metro location is nearby if one wants to explore other areas around town. I don't know if it is fair to say something about this topic. The service I received exceeded my expectations. As a clean freak as I am, When I mentioned that the fridge needed some cleaning the personnel immediately corrected the issue. Great move. I felt this way the manager was taking care of us the guests.

location

The location was prime, the staff was very helpful and cordial. He and the other inmates very soon became so close as family members. It was right next to the historic heart of Santiago. The bathroom was congested, and hot water was not available from the washbasin. There was no provision for drinking water visible.

Right in the middle of historic centre. Private room with ventilator-if you ask for it. Toilets and showers across the hall, kitchen on the second floor with two refrigerators… Nothing.

Nothing I arrived at the hotel. There was no sign. I waited 15 minutes outside until they opened the door for me. Next, the concierge took me to a room that did not have air conditioning, although I booked a room with air conditioning. Then the concierge told me that they did not have any available rooms because I booked the room "at the last minute", although I booked the room 6 hours before check-in. I was asked to wait 5 minutes. I waited on the second floor at 11 o'clock at night while children were running around the floor while their mothers were drinking beer in the hotel room. I highly do not recommend this hotel for a stay in Santiago

Good location Staff were rude and made us pay extra for the room. The room next to the street was super loud and the curtains are super thin so the room was very light at night. Not sociable at all.

Location - less than a minute walk to the main square. We had booked and paid for 2 nights at this hostel. As soon as we arrived we were asked if we wanted to cancel our reservation. We said no. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived, despite check in being in the afternoon and we were arriving close to midnight. The next day we asked if they had laundry facilities. They washed our clothes and then left them in a shopping trolley (still soaking wet) on the rooftop area. A member of staff knocked on our door and told us we needed to move to another property that night (this was at 9pm) as they had a large group arriving at 3am and they needed the room we were in. We refused to move as we had already paid and it was hassle for us to pack up and move, especially with the wet clothes. The large group arrived at 3am and were shouting and making lots of noise, which woke us up. This went on for at least 45 mins. They kept trying to get into our room, not realising we were in there asleep. I would not recommend this hostel.

Location No hostel name sign only house no. 755. No front staff , unclean in kitchen, un clean bathroom. Some shower rooms can't be locked. Room at the back had a very strong smell of urine. Overall this hostel look like they are in changing owner. Only 3 guys (with 2 dogs) look after but no one speak English, if you need something have to find where they are.

The location of the hostel was really nice.

Location, security Booked a room and paid extra for air conditioning. None of the rooms have air conditioning. Manager tried to explain that a fan was the same as air conditioning. Santiago was very warm and the room was a sauna.
