The breakfast was excellent! One of the best breakfasts we've had in South America! Big buffet with a lot of options As others say, the location is a bit off, it is close to a local market and lot of local people, but we didn't have any problems, didn't feel un-safe. The hotel is a bit hidden on a second floor. They required payment with credit card, or we would have needed to pay extra, didn't like that! Some of the staff was not very accommodating with check-in and check-out. They also check your room when you check-out, so keep in mind to plan a few mins extra if you are in a rush. You would have needed to pay extra to use the jacuzzi, didn't like that because that was one of the reasons why we chose this hotel.

Room is ok! Good breakfast. Location is the worst possible. A lot of people using drugs in front of the hotel. The gym located on the 2nd floor transmit a lot of noise witht the weights dropped on the floor. Impossible to sleep till late morning. I was charged the whole day because i came 4hrs before the initial day rate. Manager not to friendly.

Room, comfortable, staff, breakfast, location. They even store your luggage if you come early or stay late +++. Second time I stayed here. Close to Central Station, bus and train station.
-
The location was not great in terms of supposed safety but we had no problems. Use a Uber at night
-
The area looks like unsafe but I am ok.
-
The comforter is too heavy.
-
Comfortable bed, air conditioner, restaurant It was more expensive than the previous stay.
-
Great room, very comfortable, good breakfast buffet. Finding the hotel was a bit of a challenge. Lack of hotel information available regarding hotel policies and amenities and hours for morning breakfast.

I LIKED THE FACILITIES AND THE FREE BREAKFAST I WAS NOT EXPECTING ALSO THERE IS A PRIVATE STATE OF THE ART GYM IN THE BUILDING AND THE HOTEL GAVE ME A FREE PASS TO GO PEOPLE WAS KING, FOOD WAS GREAT WITH LOTS OF FRUIT AND THE PRIMARY METRO LINE 1 WAS ONLY A BLOCK AWAY I WISH THEY WOULD HAVE LET ME CHECK IN AT 12:30 WHEN I GOT THERE, THEY STILL RECIEVED MY BACK PACK BUT I WOULD HAVE FELT BETTER; ONE THING TO CONCIDER IS THAT THE HOTEL IS LOCATED FULLY WEST FROM SANTIAGO AND THE ONLY CLOSE ATTRACTION IS EL PALACIO DE LA MONEDA EVERYTHING ELSE WAS CENTER AND WEST

This hotel was the only hotel that didn't give complimentary water to us.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious! Location was not in a nice neighborhood. Folks were telling us to be careful walking around the neighborhood.

Needed somewhere to stay for one night in STGO between flights. This was good value and easily accessible by taxi from the airport. Close to metro line 1 station. Reception is clean and modern, the rooms are a bit dated but probably the most comfortable bed I had on my three weeks travelling. Reception is located on the third floor of a busy building, shared with a chinese restaurant, with the rooms on floors four, five and six. The room had a kettle but no tea/coffee or cups ? I went to the restaurant and asked for a cup of milk so I could make a drink in my room and was told that would class as my included breakfast, even though I wasnt ready to eat so early. Also told that I couldnt take a cup of tea up to the room.

reat hotel in a sketchy barrio. The hotel was great with comfortable furnishings and friendly staff. The area was dangerous. But we were able to uber from in front of the hotel entrance and stayed out of tbe surrounding neighborhood. The tv did not pick up any local channels but technical staff fixed it so we could watch netflix the first night. No one available to get that going for us the second night.

Very clean and comfortable All was good

Breakfast was great, but could use some variation on its menu. It's the same everyday. The hotel is very confortable, clean and everything looks new. Location is a bit sketchy on late nights. It's on a mainly commercial area, with lots of street markets. I had no problem, but people kept telling me to be careful going arround.

The facilities are very good. It seems that the hotel was recently renovated. The staff was courteous and friendly. Breakfast was very good, but a bit repetitive. The neighborhood was a bit odd. Uber drivers and tour guides kept telling us that we should not go arround at night and to keep our belongs close. The breakfast was pretty good, but it was the same every day. It was a bit repetitive since we stayed there for one week total.

The bed is comfortable. the shower doesn't heat up, we had to wait a long time to be able to take a shower, we spoke to other guests and the same thing happened in other rooms
