A typical issue with most hotels: the mattress is too soft, even for someone light like me. Sinking into it leads to some back strain. The room and bathroom are quite small, but that’s fine.

It was good. It is a small hotel and has everything you need for a work trip. I loved the breakfast and the location. The clean up was not as expected, they clean up the trash but the blankets were the same every day they did not change them.

There could be more fruits for breakfast.

This turned out to be our favorite hotel in Santiago. True, the rooms are a bit older and if you like it sterile and corporate, this will not be for you. However, the warmth and caring of the staff and quiet serenity of the hotel more than made up for it for us. It is also a lovely mid-century building with several charming touches, including a beautiful rear restaurant of dark wood, bright sunlight and green leaves just outside. It is also across the street from a serene sculpture park and a short walk to restaurants across the river. We were initially concerned that it is not near the tourist section [near Plaza de Armas], until we discovered that that area is dirty and noisy with street vendors and no one on the streets except tourists. Chileans in general are gentle, kind and helpful—except in the tourist area, which is the only place we experienced rudeness. We canceled another hotel we had near there in order to return to Teclados, and if we are lucky enough to return to Santiago in the future, this is where we will stay.

Good location and comfortable.

Location very convenient Old building poor ventilation in bath room

Its atmosphere was so charming, on site restaurant was spot on and reasonable. The location couldn’t have been better. We had a noisy neighbor which can happen at any hotel so wouldn’t count anything negatively for that.

Great location and good staffs The AC made a loud noise and I was awake every hour, and you can hear if people talk at the hallway clearly, so I believe they can hear us too.

Quiet location Nothing

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood just 10min walk to the Oasis cable car station to get to Cerro san Cristóbal. The room is big and comfortable. There’s no elevator but the reception offered to carry our luggage to the room at higher floors

Central to Providencia, not too far from the Metro, the tallest building in the whole of South America was 5 mins away with great shopping and restaurants and a massif supermarket called Jumbo Most of the staff were very nice and all spoke good English, The fod in the restaurant was good a reasonably priced, Some Chileans keep their mobiles on loud at the table so you can hear the whole conversation which is annoying if you are trying to talk to your partner over dinner, unacceptable and management should know this They nplay music through their phone even at the next table, should not be allowed but nobody did anything about it even though I did complain, but was told by the staff that all Chileans do this in restaurants !!!!!

A great hotel in a great location, clean and comfortable with friendly welcoming staff. We would love to come back and can highly recommend this hotel. If anything, a coffee maker or kettle in the the room would have been perfect.
