We arrived late after hours. One of the people in the reception was extremely talkative, the other decided to give us a tour (at midnight). It was frustrating as we were tired.

Good location near bars and restaurants. Friendly staff, nice breakfast. Heading into the winter season, the room was a little cold, even with the heater going.

Lovely boutique hotel in a good location. Staff very friendly and flexible. Overall very good value for the price you pay. Would recommend when you're staying in Santiago! Rooms were a bit cold even with the heater on, however not a deal breaker!

I would suggest labeling the breakfast bar for food allergies as a kindness for those with issues

The hotel room need a bit of updating - but they were clean and confortable.

The hotel is located very close to Central area but still tucked in about a block inside and away from street craziness. We arrived in the morning for early check-in and was planning to wait till noon after leaving our bags in the lobby. However, the staff were super accommodating; they upgraded our rooms and checked us in within 1 hour. We were offered breakfast during our wait since we were planning to check out 5am the next day and would not be able to eat breakfast the following morning. The indoor breakfast seating area is very elegant, but we sat in their garden for breakfast and enjoyed the nice morning air. They still gave us croissants and coffee to go the next morning as a quick breakfast despite checking out so early. There is non-carbonated and carbonated water for free in the rooms and also for refill in the 1st floor kitchen, as well as coffee and snacks during the day. The rooms were very big and clean. Wished we had a longer stay since it was so comfortable. They have a few restaurants that stay open till late in front of the hotel and it can get a bit loud during the night. I remember waking up once due to the noise but then we had to sleep early due to our 5am check-out so I am not sure what time this happened - could have been before midnight still. The breakfast is great but make sure to get there the exact time they open since the refills take a long time.

Le Rêve is an undeniably charming and beautifully decorated hotel. The interiors are elegant and full of character, and the courtyard is an absolute gem — tranquil, inviting, and perfect for relaxing after a day in Santiago. The location in Providencia is ideal: quiet, walkable, and surrounded by great cafés and shops. The staff were excellent — warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They went above and beyond throughout my stay, and I truly appreciated their attentiveness. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by a serious noise issue that management failed to address appropriately. My room (Room 101) was directly next to a bar that played extremely loud music all night on a Friday. The noise was so intense that I couldn’t sleep at all, and at 4 a.m. I finally went to the concierge, who kindly called the police to have the bar turn it down. I later learned this is a known, ongoing problem with that bar — yet guests are not warned in advance, nor are room rates adjusted. For a hotel charging $250 a night, this is unacceptable. Management apologized but offered no compensation or goodwill gesture, which felt dismissive and disappointing after a completely sleepless night. The rooms themselves are comfortable but a bit dated, and the breakfast could be improved — it was basic and uninspired compared to the rest of the hotel’s presentation.

Hotel is located in an area with many restaurants nearby and walking distance to shopping centre, cable car and city centre. Very special hotel

This hotel is fantastic - Great staff, location perfect and beautiful rooms. They looked after us for our anniversary as well. Highly recommend.

Location For a 4-star facility Le Reve is showing considerable signs of wear & tear and fatigue; as well as lack of professional training among some staff members. Breakfast set-up is not ideal nor comfortable as it is spread over the entire living area and diners have to sit on sofas &/or low lounge chairs as opposed to regular restaurant type chairs. Large towel & sheet bins are kept just outside room doors and housekeeping activities & conversations are very audible & start ad early as 8:00 AM.

Great location- quiet little street with some convenient restaurants. The hotel staff were really helpful, assisting us with booking a day trip, and providing a snack breakfast as we had to leave early. Lovely room with a big comfy bed. Also a lovely relaxing living room area and outdoor courtyard. Perfect for our first night in Santiago- wished we could have stayed longer. Nothing.

Excellent hotel in a great area. Everything about the hotel was first rate. The staff were helpful and made our stay a pleasure. Breakfast was really good and the rooms were exceptionslly clean and well appointed. I highly recommend both the hotel and the surrounding area which has a number of very good restaurants I have nothing negativo to say about the hotel, it was exceptional.

Wonderful boutique hotel, located near restaurants and a short walk to the metro. Surroundings were stunning and staff extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good No kettle in the room but there was access to the kitchen and tea/coffee available with snacks.
