Safe and quiet location. The room and the bathroom were always clean!

You are hard to reach out to the staff especially in the morning time. And the reply is slow. I told them I will arrive early, but there is no one answering the door. Even it’s over 8am, there is no one in the reception. Also the water is not hot enough.

The location is amazing and fairly quiet for a big city that never sleeps. The staff who checked me in was great! This is a hostel. Just keep that in mind, you are sharing a room and shower with at least five other people, who might snore or not understand how to share space. The shared bathroom was bad. I was expecting a yogi sanctuary, this was not that, which is ok. It helped me understand what to look for next time!

Cleanliness was ok: The floor room as well as the curtains felt dusty; shared bathroom was missing toilet paper. Sheets were washed, yet stained.

Safe area, clean and neat bedding, friendly staff (Numa, Florencia, and Benjamin), fast wifi, spacious bathroom, and shower booth. Everything was perfect! There's a cute cat there, too :)

Loved the facilities, very modern and clean. The bathroom was exceptionally sized, although maybe they should consider having more than one bathroom for each side of the house. My arrival was super early (7am) and no one was there to let me in. Luckily a resident of the hostel arrived back to let me in where i had to wait 2 hours in reception before i could check in, but i couldve been locked outside all that time!

Super quiet hostel in a safe and lovely location. The staff was amazing, the kitchen was well organized, and there was a nice common area and garden. I originally planned to stay for a week, but I ended up staying for a month! Highly recommended. Pots and pans quite old, but generally the kitchen was well equipped

Great location in a safe neighbourhood, really lovely rooms and very peaceful (not really social at all but good for a rest!). Only issue I had was the hostel cat was making noise very early in the morning.

Beds are comfortable. Shower / toilets are rooms and not stalls, so you have your privacy. Wanted to pay in cash, didn't have quite enough, asked if I could pay later. Was told that since I only booked one night, I have to pay right then - sounded like a tactic to try to get me to book another night, really didn't appreciate that feeling. After chatting a bit more, was told I could pay until reception closed at 10PM. I ended booking another night and when I arrived back to the hostel the next night, the first thing receptionist asked is "Are you going to pay now?" - no greeting, just want to make sure I'm paying. Felt a sense of distrust which didn't feel great. No curtains on the beds. Kitchen was small, didn't end up cooking there.
