The staff were very nice, the hotel also has a beautiful view on the ocean, and were located at a very good location , near the malecón and the zona colonial

The location was good and the staff was friendly; they helped changing the room to a quieter one. Parking was available at no extra charge. The room was too noisy, that should be mentioned when booking a sea view room cuz I paid more for it but ended up changing room for the noise. The building needs maintenance. The door looking to the sea didn't close, the window in the bathroom had no glass, that may be the cause for the noise. The room we changed to didn't have Seaview, but we preferred it to be quiet, the bathroom door had no lock and the fridge didn't work.
