We were really looking forward to using the jacuzzi, but were very disappointed to find that there was no hot water—only cold.

Keyless entry was easy and effective! Pool was closed when we got there! It was ready before we departed!

When I arrived, I was greeted in the lobby by the staff and check-in. They kindly walked me to the room and showed me all of the amenities that were offered upon my stay. Definitely will return again.

Bathroom door #1 was hard to open and if were to use much force, it would make a weird sound that is worrying. Also they were no hot water in the jacuzzi.

The bed sheets were dirty, had brown stains and hairs, had to argue with the host to have them changed.

Location, quality of apartments, rooftop pool & view Staff at reception is TERRIBLE and very slow. It took more than 45min to do a check in. We couldn’t even pay at the Front Desk. We had to pay via pay link sent by owner/manager. Safe but weird and time consuming. So, basically to register 2 passports and two fingerprints for the parking entrance they took 45min Jacuzzis at the terrace were off and nobody told us those need reservation.

Electronic entry with password given by the host. Some things were below par of the "luxury standard they promote" such as: Flimsy bar soaps 1 coffee sachet 1 toilet paper Small gripes that prevent a perfect 10.00. Lastly, given that it is a non-smoking apartment, offering an ashtray to smoke on the balcony would ensure not using housewares or dishes for such a purpose.
