We informed the receptionist twice and requested that someone come and check the issue. Each time, we were told that a staff member would be sent to inspect it, but no one ever came to our room. As a result, we were unable to properly use the toilet before checking out, which was very inconvenient and disappointing. I hope the hotel improves its maintenance and customer service response in the future.

- perfect location if you need to go to sanur port - fridge on the room - very nice and friendly staff - great pool in front of the room - huge bed! - excellent breakfast - so great value for money! - maybe bed and pillows could be a bit more comfortable

Staff are always helpful and accomodating. A clean and comfy place to stay within walking distance to the port - though with suitcases taxi is easier.

The rooms were clean and comfortable - close to harbour for island transfer / pool area was pleasant and the pizza and drinks good.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were lovely and comfortable . Food was great.

Comfortable room. Kids loved the jungle theme. Clean facilities and friendly staff.

Last minute booking ended up a great location close to Sanur Beach and walkway. Also good restaurants and SPA within 2mins walk. Also saw the Ogoh Ogoh festival at end of street. Very good for kids. Felt was a little pricey but we did book late. Also got a late checkout for extra $400k do check the price as this varied per staff member lol.

Location to ferries, huge beds When running the shower in our room, the smell permeating from the bathroom was putrid. It smelt like sewerage and the smell lingered for a while after the shower was turned off.

Very handy location if you are catching a boat from Sanur harbour then next day (5 min walk). Breakfast was amazing (quality ala carte instead of buffet style). Staff were friendly.

Loved the room, was clean and comfortable, pool was amazing and restaurant on-site was lovely The location didn't have much in walking distance for little market shopping but close to restaurants and beach, no little massage pallors aside from the one next door in another resort which was $$$ but loved our stay here aside from that would stay again! Only 10mins drive to markets
