Bali Beach Hotel

My room was being religiously cleaned every single day. If I ever return to Bali, I would definitely stay on this property again. The toilet was irritating. Whenever you would shower, the whole toilet would get filled with water. Just ask for extra bath towel and place on the floor right after the shower , that should minimize the flood. Having said that, that did not take away the incredible time and experience I had on this property.

No necessary walking direction signs. Wasted time to locate places

Breathtaking architecture and design of the lobby. Approaching the lobby resembles walking through a modern museum. Efficient checkin process, spacious, bright suite with incredible views of the ocean and the beach. Good location minutes away from beachside restaurants and a nearby shopping mall. Two huge swimming pools and direct access to Sanur beach. Helpful and well trained staff. Hotel is popular with Chinese guests, especially young families with children. The hotel is not cheap. The stunning high-class architecture of the lobby and other ground-level areas stands in stark contrast with the horror scene of the loud and crowded breakfast buffet where most guests seem under thirty and about one third seem to be under five. Waiters unable to keep up with timely delivery of coffee and egg dishes, unsupervised children running around and the general atmosphere of an out-of-control railway station at rush hour.

Property had everything we needed to have a very comfortable staycation: well equipped gym, large pool and beach right next to the hotel. Great options for food with a tasty breakfast.

No late bar option (just one and was closed) on site. Staff lost a delivery item for 24hrs. Toilet in the room was too automatic and kept flushing. Bed side light worked only on main switch for the room. All just small things as the place really is amazing and comfortable. But also held to a higher standard.

- all staff were very welcoming and attentive - free bike rent up to 1 hour. The bike is clean and easy to ride on - large pool by the beach - location is perfect (5 min walk to warung mak beng & nasi bali made weti, 15 min walk to the icon mall) - big gym - shower area with lockers (accessible even after checking out) - had dinner at Arunika and all the food was incredible - the hotel management seemed to take any critics seriously as I did not find any trouble during my stay (which was mentioned by previous guests such as hectic breakfast and slow elevator) Not the cleanest room we have ever been Shower drainage got stucked after day 2 Small ants were often spotted even though we did not have any sweets in the room

The property was clean with large rooms. The breakfast was amazing. There where 2 restaurants and a large pool . It did not have the Bali feel. I is not a swimming beach. Also you had to walk down the beach a bit find places To eat. When we where there they had large groups come in and a wedding .

Here is a tip If you are flying out of Bali and your flight is in the evening and you don’t get a late check out, the bathroom at the pool have lockers and excellent showers. You can stay at the beautiful pool and then shower and head to the airport. You can keep your locker until 19:00 Enjoy, it is a beautiful hotel Service at the pool bar is a little slow
