How close it is to the beach House keeper was poor , ants in our room no chairs in stranded rooms

Good size pool and right on the beach in Sanur - love watching the people on the beach walk. Everything was great

Beach front. Beach and the facilites are clean. Rooms are quite comfortable. Overall nice comfortable stay and good value for money. Staff are friendly and helpful. Mr. Brian at the front office and Mr. Moreno from the restaurant were very nice to us. Pathways could use more lighting as it can be quite dark in the evening.

Great location. Right along the beach path to all the great spots. The grounds are stunning and the staff are amazing. Moreno pretty much made sure everyone felt like they were a special guest. Hard to do with a large clientele. It's a huge property with 2 pools. One looked like it was adults only? Not sure, both of them well appointed and decorated nicely. We would definitely stay here again based solely on location. Okay... so, the food could use some love and attention. It's not bad, as much as it just needs some seasoning, and direction. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They are dated and of your looking for Balinese charm, you're not going to find it in a standard room.

Hotel is right on the beach at the quieter end of Sanur so its nice and relaxing. There is always lots of lounge chairs available on the beach and can get drinks brought over as well. There are 2 pools which is good as not everyone is condensed to one area and again, lots of available lounges. Property is quiet big so rooms are very private. Rooms are large and comfortable. All toileteries provided included as well as bottle water everyday. A couple of pillows were very uncomfortable but asked for a new one which was provided straight away and it was great. All staff were super friendly and helpful and all requests were met promptly. We were able to get a late checkout as well which was super helpful. Location is great and there as lots of eateries within walking distance. You can hire bikes from the hotel or outside to ride all the way up the beach to other areas. Getting to the main street for restaurants/shops ect is a bit of a walk but there are always cabs available outside the hotel if needed. There is a resident cow on the property for some reason but it was great to see that it is cared for and has access to shade, water and food. Buffet breakfast is ok but not great. There are a few choices but only one toaster so have to line up and wait. Only a couple of coffee machines which also take a while. And the balinese music playing is quite loud for some reason.

It was directly on the beach, plenty of lounge chairs, they offered buffets everyday of the week, had happy hour, 2 swimming pools, bike rentals Bike rentals were over priced, their beach towels stank badly, they should do a smell test before handing them out. I actually had my hard case for my eye glasses stolen from my bedside table.

Rooms were spacious and there was a decent spread at breakfast. The property had 2 pools and a tennis court. Direct beach access. We checked in at 3:30pm and the room still wasn't ready. We also paid for an extra bed but when we arrived back at 11pm, it still had not been set up. Called Guest Services but still nothing so had to head back to front desk. After a lengthy and not-so-pleasant conversation, we finally got the bed close to midnight. The front desk staff who attended to me tried their best to salvage the situation and offered us a free airport transfer. We appreciated the effort but also expected more coming from an Accor brand. Rooms also had thin walls, so we could hear our next door's party till early in the morning.

Small bugs in the room. - they put a bug machine in my room but it didn't seem to do anything. Not really the hotels fault - just environmental

Swimming pool best, hospitality superb, beach front, location location location AC can be cooler because the weather outside very hot - but we didn’t complain because we always go out

Breakfast was fantastic. It has good variety of breakfast and everyday there's 2 kind of local snack. It's a dirty beach. At night there was not much going on at the beach. The boulevard was empty.

Hotel very dated , uncomfortable bed, pillow made out of stone, floor tiles falling apart … Hotel tries to overcharge on everything (they offer pick up service from the airport for 350000r where if you book it through grab (local Uber) it will cost you 100000r. We asked for a late check out by couple of hours and they did ask 600000r (!).

The rooms are a bit old and in need of touch-up work. But it did not affect our stay as the staff were excellent and the property was very green and beautiful.
