Prama Sanur Beach Bali

Room needs a revamp, tired, aircon efficient but loud, wooden floor needs repair, hotel is huge > 750 rooms, staff at breakfast did a great job to feed this many people. All pool lounges reserved by 7 am very difficult to access one during rest of the day

You coud not have wanted much more. For a Resort this size they did it all very well. You would never have to leave. I didnt like that the sun lounges were all 'reserved' very early even before breakfast. There were signs to say this was not allowed but it wasnt policed at all. So if you can't beat them you have to join them as that was the only way to have a lounge by the pool.

The hotel was lovely. The staff were very kind and helpful. Nice location with entertainment on the beach every night. Great for families. Not too far from the activities in Ubud. We paid for the garden view room, but it wasn't what we expected for the money we paid. We got moved to the poolside where the rooms are much better. The fruit for breakfast in the mornings were covered in ants. There were no sun beds in the mornings due to people reserving them very early on. Overall a lovely stay.

The hotel is in a good location. Really enjoy the breakfast as well and there’s a lot of activities offered in the hotel. Everything is a great.

Breakfast is served, and the property is located near the sea. Additionally, there are two swimming pools. This hotel does not deserve a 5-star rating. At best, it is a 3-star property. The building and rooms are very old and poorly maintained. The Wi-Fi is extremely slow and unreliable, making it difficult to use even for basic tasks. The rooms have an unpleasant smell, which made our stay uncomfortable. The towels are old, worn out, and look gray instead of clean white. Overall, the hotel is far below the standard expected from a luxury 5-star hotel. We were very disappointed and would not recommend staying here.

Very friendly staff

Only 1 thing that I was disappointed with. People put a towel on the day beds from 7am. No one in the pool. Obviously reserving for later. I went to the pool at 10am Afew other people had arrived but majority no one sitting on the day beds I used a day bed and at about 1130 I had someone come up to say can I have my bed back My bed.. this doesn’t have ur name or ur personal towel on it Very disappointed as this chair was used for a later time. 4.5hrs of a towel being placed on it I think policies should be put in place that if it has been reserved for an hour and no one has come to the daybed then towel to be removed so other guests can enjoy the facility

The location is fantastic, lots of food options and restaurants available onsite, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The children loved the kids pool. Bathroom a little on the small side for a superior double.

Loved how convenient the hotel was to everything. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff so attentive and helpful. Pool opening hours a little later.

Hotel location is right on the beach boulevard, with lots of small bars and restaurants Super friendly staff Great breakfast buffet. I understand that the prices are a bit higher, but 72000 for a beer, if you walk 50 m its 28000. My suggestion is make it 50000

I cant count how many times i stay in Prama, but this time we got free upgrade (i forgot the upgraded room type) for free And nice welcome drinks Quick response on staff ❤️ The room is not ready when we arrived however the staf quick response even give me another room to stay but i choose the initial room and waiting for the staff to clean up I think because it was full in the hotel so it might be delayed a bit.

Room cleaning staff i had to ask for a face towels 4 days in a row. Ended up speaking to the guest manager who sent up face towels. Some towels were white and fluffy and some were mostly grey and worn. They looked, old and dirty Only because they have been old and well used. It has put me off coming back to the hotel not as nice as before.
